偏压隧道稳定性分析及控制研究

【摘要】 随着我国高速公路、铁路交通建设的不断发展,隧道工程建设逐渐向长、大、深埋方向发展。近几年来,穿越工程地质条件恶劣的深埋长大隧道工程不断涌现。因此,加大对复杂地质条件下隧道空间的稳定性分析及其控制技术研究,对高速公路、铁路的施工及正常运营至关重要。本论文首先研究总结了偏压隧道的成因和判定方法,并对地质,地形偏压隧道围岩压力的计算及其参数的反演作了详细分析推导。本论文理论与实践并重,以渝湘高速公路彭水至武隆段共和隧道偏压段为例,应用有限元软件2D—sigma对共和隧道在开挖前的原始地应力场及开挖后二次应力场的分布规律和围岩变形情况作了数值模拟研究,同时与现场对隧道的水平收敛,拱顶下沉、围岩接触压力、钢支撑的应力应变、锚杆轴力等监测项目的实测数据的分析结果相对比,其结果基本一致。在详细地分析了解了共和隧道的围岩应力应变分布规律和围岩的变形情况后,同时再利用2D—sigma数值分析软件对共和隧道偏压段的开挖方法和支护方式进行了模拟研究,验证其开挖方法和支护设计的正确性,结合共和隧道的实际情况提出了科学合理,经济可行的施工方案和支护方式。

【Abstract】 With the development of expressway and railway construction, the underground engineering construction is developing to be longer and buried deeper than usual. In the past years, large numbers of buried deeply and long tunnel which passed through the foul engineering geology environment had been emerged unceasingly. Therefore, panying more attention on the analysis of tunnel space stability and its control engineering research is rather important to the construction and operation of the highway and railroad.First, the formation and judge method of unsymmetrical pressure tunnel are summarized, and then the wall rock pressure calculation and contrary calculation of geology and topography unsymmetrical tunnel are analyzed.Taking the example of Gonghe tunnel from Pengshui to Wulong of Xiangyu expressway the finite element software 2D-sigma are used to analyze the distribution rule of quadric stress and the wall rock transformation condition of unsymmetrical tunnel after excavation, then compare to the field measurement dates that includes horizontal constringency, arch roof subsidence, wall rock pressure, steel backstop stressstrain, and axial force of anchor bolt and so on. The evaluated results agree well with the practical records.Finally, after studying the stressstrain distribution law and wall rock transformation of unsymmetrical tunnel and simulating the support form of GongHe tunnel with the 2D-sigma numerical analysis, we can suggest construction projects and support ways which are reasonable in scientific and feasible in economic.
