中铁一局办公楼筏板大体积混凝土温度收缩裂缝控制施工技术

【摘要】 本文以中铁一局集团办公大楼筏板大体积混凝土温度收缩裂缝控制为研究对象,针对筏板大体积混凝土产生裂缝的主要原因是温度应力和温度变形这一特点,重点研究筏板大体积混凝土内部最高温度和表面温度理论计算结果和实际测温结果的差异,探讨防止筏板大体积混凝土出现温度收缩裂缝的施工技术,提供切实可行的实践经验。首先,本文以现有理论为基础,针对筏板大体积混凝土产生裂缝的四个原因,从混凝土配合比设计、内部温升及温度应力三个方面进行计算分析,重点对筏板大体积混凝土温度收缩抗裂度验算进行详细论述。其次,根据筏板大体积混凝土配合比设计、内部温升及温度应力的计算结果,设计筏板大体积混凝土施工方案,提出了本工程为防止大体积混凝土温度收缩裂缝所采取的九项技术措施。第三,将筏板大体积混凝土实际测温结果同理论计算结果进行对比分析,得出了本文的结论,供类似工程参考。最后,本文以中铁一局集团办公大楼筏板大体积混凝土施工为实例,从混凝土配合比的确定、温度应力及保温材料厚度计算、混凝土的浇筑、混凝土内部实际温度的监测和后期养护等方面对本文阐述的筏板大体积混凝土施工方案进行了具体实施。工程实践表明,此施工方案中所采取的防止筏板大体积混凝土温度裂缝的九项技术措施是行之有效的。
【Abstract】 This article take a iron game of CRFG office block raft board mass concrete temperature contraction crack control as object of study, concrete has the crack primary cause in view of the raft board great volume is the temperature stress and thermal distortion this characteristic, the key research raft board mass concrete interior maximum temperature and the surface temperature theoretical calculation result and the actual temperature measurement result difference, the discussion prevented the raft board mass concrete appears the temperature contraction crack the construction technology, provides the practical and feasible experience.First, this article take the existing theory as a foundation, roughly accumulates four reasons in view of the raft board which the coagulation local product seams, from the proportioning of concrete design, internal temperature rise and the temperature stress three aspects carries on the computation analysis, key carries on the detailed elaboration to the raft board mass concrete temperature contraction cleavage resistance checking calculation.Next, according to the raft board mass concrete mixture ratio design, internal temperature rise and the temperature stress computed result, designs the raft board mass concrete construction plan, proposed this project for prevented the mass concrete temperature contraction crack adopts nine technical measures.Third, carries on the raft board great volume concrete actual temperature measurement result same theoretical calculation result the contrast analysis, has drawn this article conclusion, for similar project reference.Finally, this article take a iron game of CRFG office block raft board mass concrete construction as an example, from the proportioning of concrete determination, the temperature stress and the thermal insulation material thickness computation, the concrete construction, the concrete internal actual temperature monitor and the later period maintained and so on the aspects the raft board mass concrete construction plan which elaborated to this article to carry on the concrete implementation. The project practice indicated, in this construction plan adopts prevented the raft board mass concrete temperature crack nine technical measure is effective.
