【摘要】 农村中小学现代远程教育工程,是促进农村基础教育信息化发展的一项重大战略举措,是解决农村中小学教育教学资源短缺、师资力量不足、教育教学质量不高等问题的重要途径。静宁县于2005年被列为国家农村中小学现代远程教育工程项目县。由于受教育资源短缺、师资力量薄弱、教育信息化氛围不浓等多种条件的制约,静宁县在开展国家农村中小学现代远程教育工程的过程中出现了很多困难和问题。本文从静宁县农村基础教育信息化的现状出发,紧紧围绕“静宁县实施农村中小学现代远程教育的问题及对策”这一主题,采用理论研究与调查研究相结合的方法,通过查阅文献、访谈和调查问卷等多种形式,发现并分析静宁县实施农村中小学现代远程教育工程中存在的问题,并提出适应静宁县农村远程教育发展的一些对策及建议。全文共分四部分,内容摘要如下:第一部分,阐述了该课题的研究背景、研究目的及意义、研究方法以及研究过程。第二部分,首先阐述了静宁县基础教育信息化的现状和农村远程教育的实施情况,然后分析了静宁县实施农村远程教育的优势与不足,在此基础上揭示出静宁县开展农村远程教育过程中存在的问题及其原因分析。第三部分,针对静宁县农村远程教育中存在的问题,提出了相应的应对措施及建议。第四部分,对全文进行简要总结,指出要正确认识当前农村远程教育中存在的问题,并积极采取措施保证静宁县农村远程教育得以顺利实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Countryside Elementary and Middle School Modern Distance Educational Project is an important strategy to promote the development of the elementary education informalization in the rural areas. It is a good way to solve the shortage of the educational resources and teachers in elementary and middle schools. It can also improve the quality of the instruction in the class. In 2005, Jingning County became one of the sites to carry out this project. Because of the limit of the shortage of educational resources, teachers, and atmosphere of the education informalization, there are many problems in carrying out Modern Distance Educational Project in this county.This essay is based on the present situation of the countryside elementary education informalization in Jingning County, talking about the theme "The problems and strategies of carrying out Modern Distance Education Project in Jingning County". In this essay, the theory research and investigation research are combined, by the way of consulting documents, questionnaires, on-the-spot investigation and discussing with others to find out and analyze the problems in carrying out this project in Jingning County, and then give some suggestions and strategies that are suit to develop this project.There are all together four chapters.Chapter I : The research ground, goal, meaning, method, and the process about this topic.Chapter II: Describe the present situation of the elementary education informalization in Jingning County and the carrying out the project, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of carrying out this project in Jingning County, sum up the problems and reasons about it.Chapter III: Give some suggestions and strategies according to the above problems.Chapter IV: A short summary of the essay tells people to form a right opinion about the problems of countryside distance education at present, and take active measures to guarantee the developing of countryside distance education in Jingning County.更多还原
