基于ArcEngine的赣州市地下综合管线信息系统设计与开发

【摘要】 城市地下管线信息系统是利用地理信息系统技术对城市地下管线进行综合管理的信息管理系统。主要用来为城市建设施工提供地下管线的走向和埋深等准确信息,并通过空间检索和空间分析,为城市建设部门进行管线规划、改造等提供决策与支持。本文首先对赣州市地下综合管线信息系统进行了系统需求分析,并按照地理信息系统软件工程的思路与方法,结合赣州市地下管线自身特点,对系统进行了科学的分析与设计;其次在收集赣州市地下综合管线数据的基础上,进行了数据处理与数据库设计,采用空间数据引擎ArcSDE和SQL Sever相结合的方式建立了空间数据和属性数据一体化存储的赣州市地下综合管线数据库;然后作者以ArcGIS为GIS开发平台,采用VC++6. 0可视化编程语言和ArcEngine进行组件式开发,建立了具有一定稳定性、规范性、实用性和可维护性的地下综合管线信息系统;最后以赣州市地下综合管线数据为试验数据,对系统功能进行了测试,演示了该系统的部分功能。该系统不仅实现了数据输入输出、图形操作与编辑等GIS基本功能,还实现了适合赣州管线自身特点的查询统计、专题图分析和专业应用模型等专业分析模型,如管线的爆管故障分析,通过编程实现优先关闸方案,减少事故带来的损失等,基本上满足了赣州市地下综合管线信息系统动态信息管理的要求,不仅为管线生产管理相关部门提供良好的服务,而且能为城市规划、工程建设等提供辅助决策依据。

【Abstract】 Urban Underground Pipeline Information System is an information system, which use the technology of geographic information system to manage the urban underground pipeline. It can supply accurate information of pipeline, such as tendency and depth etc. The scientific visual interface and decision support capability can be used for city construction departments to finish programming and rebuilding of pipeline , and engineering construction efficiently.Firstly, this article indicates the process of developing underground-integrated pipeline system of Ganzhou City. It mostly describes the requirement analysis and the summary design. According to the GIS Software Engineering methods and means,author scientific analysed and designed this system Secondly, on the base of data collection, author disposed the data and resigned the database carefully, therefore builded Ganzhou underground-integrated pipeline database. Thirdly,author used ArcGIS as the GIS platform, adopted visual programming language (VC++ 6. 0) and ArcEngine, performed the GIS component development, established underground-integrated pipeline information system with itself characters, which is very steadily,standard, usefully and maintainable. In the end ,some pictures show the system’s part function.The system has carried out not only the GIS basic function, such as data input and output, graphics operating and editing, but also inquiry and statistics, thematic map analysis and specialty analysis along with itself characters, for example as to the accident of pipeline broken, the plan of best way to close the brakes will get through programming, it would reduce the accident loss as possible etc.this system can basically meet the requirement of dynamical managing underground-integrated pipeline information system of Ganzhou City, it will not only sever the departments of pipeline producing and management, but also can offer assistance in the decision-making in the city planning and Engineer construction, etc. So it has practical value in a way.
