基于专家系统的大型企业动力厂铁磁谐振故障诊断系统的开发

【摘要】 大型企业动力厂的稳定运行,是确保企业安全生产的首要条件,是大型企业取得良好经济效益的重要保障。因此,为了确保高效、安全的生产,必须保证电力设备的安全运行,提高其可靠性和安全性,必须加强对设备运行的管理,实现在线监测,以便及时地发现异常情况,加强对故障的早期预防和诊断。本课题来源于江西省工业攻关重点课题,针对德兴铜矿动力厂35kV系统的铁磁谐振故障诊断问题进行研究的。由于该厂电网结构复杂,诱发铁磁谐振故障的因素很多,所以一直未有有效的解决措施。本文对铁磁谐振故障发生的原因进行了理论分析,并采用专家系统的方法对实际运行中发生的铁磁谐振故障进行诊断,并给出了相应的预防措施。论文分析了铁磁谐振故障的特点以及产生铁磁谐振故障的条件,在此基础上分析了PT饱和铁磁谐振故障诊断的因果关系,并针对故障现象的不确定性采用模糊产生式知识表示方法;根据系统特点,诊断推理模块选择采用带有启发信息的正向推理的推理控制策略;应用关系数据库技术建立了本系统的数据库,并巧妙地解决数据库接口问题,实现了该专家系统的可移植性,同时在实现组态王向用户数据库系统传输大量数据的编程中,巧妙地解决了原编程效率低的问题;在Windows 2000Server、Visual C++和Microsoft SQL Server2000的平台下应用面向对象的程序设计方法进行了编程实现,最后探讨了系统的安全性策略,制定了相应的安全保证措施。此套系统已经取得比较满意的设计效果,目前在德兴铜矿动力厂运行正常,发挥着积极的作用。

【Abstract】 The steady running of the power factory of large-scale enterprise is the most important condition of guaranteeing the safety in production of the enterprise and it is the important guarantee that large-scale enterprises make the good economic benefits. So, according to the production’s efficiency and security, it must guarantee the safe running of the electric equipment, improve its dependability and security, and strengthen the management of the equipment’s operation, realize monitoring online and find the unusual situation in time, the ones that strengthened to the trouble were prevented and diagnosed in early days.The topics are from the Industrial research key topics of Jiangxi Province, in this paper, the ferromagnetic resonance in 35kV power network of DeXing Copper Mine power factory is studied. Because the network structure is complicated and there are many factors result in ferromagnetic resonance, the effective measures have not been found. In this paper, the factors result in ferromagnetic resonance are discussed through theory analysis , ferromagnetic resonances that took place during the operational process are diagnosed through expert system, the measures of preventing the ferromagnetic resonance are put forward.In this paper, the characteristics of ferromagnetic resonance and the factors result in ferromagnetic resonance are analyzed. Based on that, the causality of PT saturation result in ferromagnetic resonance is discussed and arborescent knowledge model is established. The system adopt a way of knowledge expression based on fuzzy creation way of rule because of the uncertainty of fault phenomenon, adopt positive inference control policy in inference module, apply the technology of the relational database to establish the database and solve the problem of the interface between the system and the database to realize the replanting of the system. In the programming course of a large number of data transmission between Kingview and user database system, the problem that low efficiency of program was solved. At last, the system apply the object-oriented technology to realize the system module based on the plant combined with Windows 2000Server、Visual C++和Microsoft SQL Server2000. In the realization of the inference engine, the message-driving are preferred.The system has got satisfactory result. It is running normally and playing active role at DeXing Copper Mine power factory presently.
