振动检测技术和涡街流量计的研究

【摘要】 随着振动试验在产品可靠性领域的推广,振动测量的应用显得越来越重要。而电荷放大器作为连接振动传感器与信号分析仪之间的关键器件,是不可缺少一个环节。电荷放大器可以用于电子、航空航天、船舶等重要工业,同时也是教学科研不可缺少的重要手段。在论文系统闸述了电荷放大器研制方法,对关键的电路进行了详细的说明,并给出了相应的电路图。为了满足电荷放大器低噪声性能要求,论文介绍了电荷放大电路的噪声分析以及计算,提出减小电荷放大电路系统噪声的方法。电荷放大器也能用于涡街流量计的流体振动测量,因此在论文中论述了如何提高涡街流量计的测量精度,讨论了ZOOM-FFT谱分析分析方法在涡街流量计中的应用。论文各章节主要内容概述如下:第一章主要概述了振动检测技术的发展背景,电荷放大器在振动检测中的应用与发展,同时介绍了涡街流量计的发展状况,并提出了本论文的主要研究内容。第二章说明了振动测量电路的研制,对关键电路进行了详细的介绍,并给出个具体的电路,对电荷放大电路的噪声进行计算与分析。第三章介绍振动检测技术在涡街流量计中的应用,重点讲述了电荷放大器在涡街振动频率的检测中的应用。第四章主要讲述了涡街流量计信号处理方法,着重介绍了ZOOM—FFT谱分析方法在涡街流量计中的应用。第五章对全文进行了简要的总结,并对未来该领域的研究进行了展望。

【Abstract】 With the spread of vibration test reliability in the field of product promotion, Vibration measurement applications are becoming increasingly important. But the charge amplifier connected as a vibration sensor and signal analysis of key devices is an indispensable part. Charge amplifier can be applied to Eclectics, Aerospace, Shipping and other important industry and it’s also an indispensable important means of teaching and research. This paper had made a systematic exposition of the development of the charge amplifier and a detailed description of the key circuit and it also give out the corresponding circuit. As to the low-noise performance requirements of Charge amplifier, the paper introduces the charge amplifier noise analysis and the calculation method and put forward a method to reduce system noise of amplifier circuit. Against the charge amplifier is also used Vortex Flowmeter vibration measurement, this paper has discussed some ways to enhance Vortex flowmeter measurement accuracy and bring up Vortex flowmeter signal ZOOM-FFT spectrum analysis method.Papers main contents of the chapters are outlined below:The first chapter outlines the main vibration detection technology development background, the application of the charge amplifier in the Vibration measurement, describes the development state of the type of vibration instrumentation Vortex Flowmeter and brings out the main content of this paper.The second chapter discusses the development of the vibration measurement circuit, makes a detailed presentation to the key circuit and give out an actual circuit, and makes measurement and analysis to the noise of charge amplifier.The third chapter presents the vibration detection technology in the application to Vortex Flowmeter in which the Vortex vibration frequency detection by Charge amplifier is the most important.The fourth chapter describes the Application of spectral analysis method in the vortex flowmeters in which mostly introduces how to Increase the frequency resolving power with ZOOM-FFT.The fifth chapter is a brief summary to the full text and forecast the future research in this field.
