城市轨道交通自动驾驶(ATO)测试系统中信号模拟的研究

【摘要】 自城市轨道交通问世以来,人们不断地为提高其安全程度和通过能力(载客能力)而努力,其中一项重要的技术措施即是采用列车自动控制系统(Automatic Train Control,简称ATC)。其中ATC系统的重要组成部分:列车自动驾驶系统(Automatic Train Operation,简称ATO)是城市轨道交通列车实现自动驾驶、提高效率和降低能耗的基础。目前,国内的ATO系统基本上是引进国外的设备和技术,研究开发ATO系统不仅是为了拥有自主产权的城市轨道交通ATO系统,也是为开发城市轨道交通ATC系统创造基本条件。在ATO系统开发的过程中,采用仿真模拟的方法,建立ATO系统设备的工作模型和ATO系统的运行环境,为ATO系统开发提供辅助设计平台、测试验证平台的工作是十分必须的,而其中ATO设备与环境及测试平台之间信号的传输又是ATO系统正常运行及测试系统实现的基础。本文首先是在对ATO设备及相关设备工作原理进行分析的基础上,研究ATO车载设备所要实现的主要功能中各种信号在设备间和设备与环境间的传输,从而确定被模拟的信号内容。然后根据实际测试环境研究构建了一个合理的软硬件模拟平台,即以LabVIEW图形化编程语言为开发工具,PXI硬件设备为实现工具的虚拟仪器技术平台。最后研究各个信号模拟模块的流程设计,并在虚拟仪器的平台上得以实现,并通过整个测试系统的运行以及测试结果的分析,验证了信号模拟在整个测试系统中的重要作用及效果。本文所研究和实现的ATO测试系统中的信号模拟使ATO车载设备及相关设备在实验室开发与测试的环境中正常运行起来,并协助了整个ATO测试系统的实现。

【Abstract】 With the development of urban rail transit, people have made great efforts to imp rove the train capacity, and one of the most important techniques is Automatic Train Control (ATC) system. As an important component of ATC system, ATO (Automatic Train Operation) system is the basis of train automatic drive in urban rail transit. It als( can improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption. At present, domestic urbar rail transit ATC system mainly relies on the introduction of equipment and technology from abroad, so ATO system research and development is not only for self-owned pro )erty rights for urban rail transit ATO system, but also for creating basic conditions for urban rail transit ATC system development.It is very integrant to offer assistant work bench and testing system to the ATO system development by simulating the drive modle and the environment modle. And the transmission of the signal between the ATO system with other equipment, environment modle and testing system is the basis of the ATO system.Firstly, this thesis researches on the elements of ATO equipment and the mode of signal transmission of signal in important function, then confirms the simulation task. Secondly, constructing the work bench for the signal simulation, which including LabVIEW software ang PXI hardware. Lastly, this thesis researches on the design of how to realize the signal simulation with Virtual-Instrument and validates the effect of the signal simulation by analyzing the testing result of the ATO testing system.This research of the signal simulation in ATO testing system assist the ATO system and other equipment running well in the laboratory, and it is the basis of the ATO testing system.
