基于静载试验的土石混填路基压实度检测方法探讨

【摘要】 随着公路建设向山区延伸,土石混填路基已成为较普遍的公路路基形式之一,为保证土石混填路基建设的快速施工及其填筑质量,必须开发土石混填路基压实度的快速而可靠的检测新技术,但是,目前土石混填路基压实度的检测方法仍沿用传统的灌水(砂)法或波法,其存在对路基破坏性大或检测精度差或检测效率低等缺陷与不足,难以适用土石混填路基压实度快速检测的工程要求,因此,本文结合湖南省高速公路管理局压实度检测研究项目展开深入系统的研究,以期建立土石混填路基压实度检测新方法,具有重要的理论与工程实用价值。本文在综合分析现有土石混填路基压实度检测技术的基础上,首先,结合土石混填路基受载变形与压实机理的研究,引进分级加载的思想和基于集中或均布荷载作用的半无限空间布辛奈斯克理论,通过对土石混填路基孔隙率和变形模量变化模型的深入研究,建立了土石混填路基压实度检测计算模型,为基于静力贯入试验原理的土石混填路基压实度检测技术的开发奠定了坚实的理论基础;其次,通过室内及现场静力贯入试验,深入探讨了压实度检测设备主要部件(如探头形状及尺寸等)的适用性,为土石混填路基压实度检测设备的设计提供了可靠的依据;然后,结合土石混填路基压实度检测设备的开发及其压实度分析模型研究,初步开发出适用于土石混填路基压实度快速检测工程要求的压实度检测新方法;最后,通过现场试验与分析,并与传统压实度检测方法进行比较分析,表明了本文方法的可行性和合理性,完善了土石混填路基压实度检测的方法与理论。

【Abstract】 As the highway construction extends over mountainous distinct, soil-rock mixture subgrade, one of the highway subgrade forms, has become more universal in the day. To guarantee the rapid construction and filling quality of soil-rock mixture subgrade, it is inevitably necessary to develop speedy and reliable new detecting technology for compactness of soil-rock mixture subgrade. However, the traditional water (sand) replacement method or wave method remains in use for detecting compactness of soil-rock mixture subgrade at present, and there are dificiencies and limitations since these above methods do much damage to the subgrade or the accuracy of these methods is poor or the efficiency is low, which are unable to meet the requirements of soil-rock mixture subgrade rapid construction. Therefore, the research work about detecting compactness method was carried out comprehensively combining the research project of detecting compactness of soil-rock mixture subgrade sponsored by Highway Administration of Hunan, and a new technique for detecting the compactness of soil-rock mixture subgrade will be developed, this new method has been of great theoretical and practical engineering value.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the present compactness detecting technology of soil-rock mixture subgrade, firstly, combined with the research on deformation under the action of load and compactness mechanism of soil-rock mixture subgrade, an idea of step-by-step loading and the Boussinesq’s theory about semi-infinite space under concentrated or distributed load are introduced, then the calculation model for detecting compactness of soil-rock mixture subgrade was established by thoroughly investigating the models described the change of porosity ratio and deformation modulus respectively, which lays a firm foundation for the development of detecting compactness of soil-rock mixture subgrade based on the principle of static penetration test. Secondly, the applicability of the major components (such as the shape and size of probe,etc.) of detecting equipment of compactness was deeply discussed through interior models test and in-situ static penetration test, which provide the reliable basis for the design of detecting equipment. Thirdly, combined with the development of detecting equipment of compactness and the study on analysis model for detecting compactness of soil-rock mixture subgrade, a new technique for rapid detecting compactness that can answer the needs for practical detecting engineering was developed preliminarily. Finally, the feasibility and rationality of this technique was identified by the computation of the result of in-situ test and through the comparative analysis of compactness consequences gained by this technique and traditional method, which perfects the method and theory of detecting the compactness of soil-rock mixture subgrade.
