基于GIS的物流园区交通影响分析

【摘要】 近几年来物流园区的建设与发展是我国物流基础设施发展的一个亮点,科学的规划与发展物流园区是目前研究的主要课题之一。为了研究物流系统建设对城市交通的影响,本文对物流园区的交通影响分析进行了初步的探讨。介绍了国内外交通影响分析理论与实践及物流园区建设的现状;分析了物流园区的物流量的流量、流速、流向等特性;介绍了物流需求预测的一般方法及情景分析法在物流园区需求预测中的应用;根据物流园区的区域货运模型、价值-重量模型、时间分布模型、货物分担模型、货物车辆模型、网络分配模型等反映物流园区物流特征的模型,建立了物流量-交通量转换模型,通过物流量的产生/吸引来预测交通量的产生/吸引,将物流量的分布特性转换为交通量的分布特性;提出了基于GIS的物流园区交通影响分析框架,并在数据采集、数据分析、数据库设计、系统功能设计等方面进行了阐述;利用基于GIS交通规划软件TransCAD并接合实例,研究了物流园区的交通影响范围、项目交通量预测、非项目交通量预测、交通分布预测、交通方式分担预测等关键问题,给出了物流园区的交叉口、路段、停车设施的评价方法;给出了基于“物元”模型理论的交通影响评价模型;提出了物流园区的交通组织设计、交叉口改造、路段改造、停车设施规划等交通影响改善对策与措施;对今后物流园区的规划建设和交通影响分析技术的发展进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Logistics park is developed very rapidly for the latest few years, planning and constructing logistics park scientifically is a question for discussion recently. A primary discussion on traffic impact analysis (TIA) of logistics park is given, according to the impact of logistics system construction to urban traffic.Firstly, the background of TIA and logistics park is introduced. Secondly, a logistics-traffic volume conversion model is established, based on the models that descript the characteristics of logistics , such as Freight transportation models, Weight/Value models, Freight/time models, Freight distribution models, Vehicle models and network models, esc. This logistics-traffic volume conversion model is used to convert logistics characteristics to traffic characteristics.A TIA framework based on GIS is put forward, data collection and analysis, database design, system function design are explained in detail. According to a TrandCAD application example, the key questions of TIA of logistics park are discussed, included TIA study area, site traffic forecast, non-site traffic forecast, traffic distribution forecast, esc. A TIA evaluate model based on matter element model is introduced. Some TIA improvement methods and strategies are given, included traffic organization design, intersection and road redesign, parking place planning, esc. At last, a prospect of the development of logistics park planning and TIA technology is given.
