络合铁法脱除H2S工艺的研究

【摘要】 本研究中,以含高浓度H2S的炼厂酸性气体处理方法为研究对象,在充分调研了以往的各种处理方法后,对络合铁法进行了深入研究。在改良旧溶剂和操作条件、开发新方法和新工艺的基础上,设计了一套柠檬酸、EDTA复配络合铁吸收剂处理含高浓度H2S的炼厂酸性气体的新工艺。新工艺流程具有经济、高效、操作简单以及能耗低等优点。在实验中,首先通过单因素实验考察了复配络合铁吸收剂吸收和再生的工艺条件,从而确立了适宜的反应条件。推荐吸收过程中最佳工艺参数为:柠檬酸、EDTA复配络合铁吸收剂中初始[Fe3+L]=0.45mol·L-1、pH=5.07.0、操作温度为室温、酸性气体流量V=0.04 m3·h-1、液气比L/V=5;再生过程中最佳工艺参数为:初始[Fe2+L]=0.45mol·L-1;空气流量G=1.25m3·h-1;pH值=4.06.0;温度:307.15K;再生时间为15分钟。然后把复配络合铁吸收剂与单一络合铁吸收剂从吸收和再生方面进行了对比实验,得出:复配吸收剂无论是在脱除率、再生率上还是在稳定性上都具有很大的优势。在最佳工艺条件下,H2S的脱除率近100%,络合亚铁的再生率达90%以上。反应中生成的硫磺可以通过过滤的方法除去。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the study target is high concentration of H2S gas from refinery.After much study of all kinds of ways about treatment of H2S gas.A method of chelate iron is investigated further.A new technology process is designed to treat high concentration of H2S gas from refinery based on improving solvents and operating conditions, and the new process has characteristics of economy, high efficiency, simple operation and low energy consumption.In the experiments, firstly, the process conditions of absorption and regeneration on the desulfurization of a compound chelate iron system are investigated, the optimum reaction conditions are obtained consequently. The best process parameters of the absorption are: the concentration of a compound ferric citrate and EDTA is 0.45 mol·L-1, pH=5.07.0, the operation temperature is room temperature, the flow ratio of acidic gas is 0.04 m3·h-1, the liquid-gas ratio is 5; The best process parameters of the regeneration are: [Fe2+L]=0.45mol·L-1, G=1.25m3·h-1, pH=4.06.0, the temperature is 307.15K, the regeneration time is 15 minutes.And then, this thesis does contrast experiments on the compound chelate iron system and the single ferric citrate system and educes the conclusion about the compound system’s desulfurization efficiency, regenerating efficiency or stability is better than the single system’s. The desulfurization efficiency is nearly 100% and regenerating efficiency is more than 90% under the optimum conditions. The sulfur, which produced in the reaction can be removed by the filter.
