【摘要】 研究目的：通过随机对照临床研究，观察用药前后2组卡氏评分、肿瘤标记物指标、化疗副反应评分变化，客观评价疏肝化瘀解毒方联合TE方案化疗治疗乳腺癌的疗效，并考量其安全性，为中医治疗乳腺癌的治则研究提供临床支撑，为研制新的抗癌中药制剂奠定坚实的临床基础。方法：选择乳腺癌术后化疗患者30例，随机分为治疗组15例，采用疏肝化瘀解毒方和多西紫杉醇(艾素)+表阿霉素(法玛新)化疗方案联合治疗，对照组15例，单纯采用多西紫杉醇(艾素)+表阿霉素(法玛新)方案化疗。比较两组化疗过程中毒副反应程度，临床常见症状改善情况，治疗前后体力状况变化，治疗前后血清肿瘤标记物(CEA、CA153、CA125等)变化。研究结果：治疗组在降低血清肿瘤标记物CEA、CA153，减轻化疗过程中白细胞减少、贫血、恶心呕吐，改善临床症状等方面均优于对照组，治疗组在化疗中对降低血清CA125水平，减轻化疗中血小板降低及腹泻方面未能表现出较对照组有明显优势。结论：疏肝化瘀解毒方联合TE方案化疗对化疗毒副反应具有一定的防治作用，并能降低血清肿瘤标记物水平，同时可以改善患者临床症状和机体一般状况，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and operation mechanism of Shu GanHua Yu Jie Du decoction combined with TE chemical therapy on therapying breast cancer.Methods: Thirty breast cancer patients after doing breast operation were selected anddivided into two groups randomly. The fifteen paint in the treat group were treated withShu Gan Hua Yu Jie Du decoction combined with TE chemical therapy and the fifteenpatient in the control group were treated simply with TE chemical therapy. The seriousnessof the adverse effects during the chemical therapy, alleviation of clinical symptoms,improvement of common conditions and changes of serum tumor indicating(CEA,CA153,CA125) were compared and the differences were analysed by statistics.Results: The serum level of CEA, CA153, alleviating symptoms, improving commonconditions and reducing adverse effects (leucopenia, anemia, nausea and vomit) ofchemical therapy in the treat group and control group all had significant difference. Whilethe serum level of CA125, and the adverse effects (thrombocytopenia, diarrhea), the treatgroup had no apparent advantage difference.Conclusion: Shu Gan Hua Yu Jie Du decoction combined with TE chemical therapy hasremarkable therapeutic effect on reducing adverse effects, it can reduce serum tumor indicating, and it can improve clinical symptoms and common conditions, which isdeserved to be spreaded.更多还原
