WPJ2-40型微喷灌机行走速度与滚筒线速度协调性的研究

【摘要】 我国现在使用的喷灌机自动化程度普遍偏低,需要人力适时地进行操作与维护。为了节省劳动力、提高喷灌机的工作效率,需要进一步改进喷灌机的自动化工作能力。不仅可以提高我国大型喷灌设备的研究发展水平,还将促进节水灌溉技术的实施。本文根据WPJ2-40型喷灌机的工作过程,从电气控制方法入手,阐述了对喷灌机各种重要信息的采集、检测等技术手段。最终确定利用可编程控制器(PLC)控制步进电机联动滚筒调速电机的方法,使滚筒调速电机随着水管层数的变化而自动调速。

【Abstract】 The irrigators used in our country always have lower automatic degrees, which need manpower to give proper manipulations and maintenances. For the sake of saving the labor force and improve the efficiencies, they need further ameliorate automatic working capabilities. Not only improve disquisitive and developmental level of large-scale spray equipments, but promote saving water irrigation skills. According to the working process of WPJ2-40 micro irrigator, by the electric control way, this article expatiated the collection, detection and other instrumentalities of irrigator’s vital information. At last, it determinates the method that apply programmable logic controller to control stepping motor and let stepping motor drive roller’s electromotor. Consequently the roller’s electromotor automatic timing is actualized along with the tier change of water pipe.
