新疆地区正常少年儿童最大呼气流速值测定

【摘要】 目的:呼气峰流速是一个重要的肺功能指标,而评价测得的呼气峰流速是否正常需要一个呼气峰流速的参考值,所以本次调查的目的是建立新疆地区健康少年儿童最大呼气流速值正常参考值。材料和方法:我们采用德国产的MicroPeak峰速仪测量了3520位健康少年儿童,年龄在7—16岁之间。记录所测的最大呼气峰流速值,同时记录孩子的性别、年龄、身高、体重。结果采用SPSS14.0统计软件进行分析。结果:结果显示在两种性别少年儿童中,最大呼气峰流速值随年龄、身高、体重的增加而增加;最大呼气峰流速值与年龄、身高、体重有很高的相关性。结论:在一系列统计分析后,我们建立了最大呼气峰流速值与性别、身高的直线回归方程。当我们知道一个人的身高时,能很容易的计算出一个人的最大呼气峰流速值的预计值。
【Abstract】 Objective:Peak Expiratory Flow(PEF)is an important screening method for investigation and follow-up of pulmonary function,since reading the obtained PEF results requires reference values,the aim of this study was to establish normal values of Peak Expiratory Flow(PEF)for our children population in XinJiang.Material and Method:We investigated 3520 healthy children(1705 males and 1815 females)aged from 7 to 16 years.Using MicroPeak Peak Flow Meter(PFM),We measured the PEF values and wrote down children’s age,sex,height and weight in both sexes.The statistical solflware SPSS14.0 was used to fit the model.Result:With the increasing of the height, age and weight PEF is increasing.Height,age and weight were found to correlate significantly with peak expiratory flow in both sexes.Conclusion:Regression equations for sex and height were made after measurement and data analysis.PEF values can be easily calculated knowing one’s height.
