ZY系列减速器数字化建模系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 企业实施数字化设计能够加快新产品的开发速度,并可以有效地管理现有的设计资料。本课题所做内容是某冶金机械厂实施产品数字化设计过程中的部分工作。为了实现ZY系列减速器的快速建模和非标准减速器的关联设计,有必要开发一个专用于ZY系列减速器的建模系统。本文主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:利用Solid Edge的变量化功能建立箱体类零件和轴系附件的参数化模型;采用面向对象的建模方法分析轴(包括齿轮轴)和齿轮之间的关系,建立轴类,并通过对Solid Edge的二次开发实现轴类的自动建模。分析ZY系列减速器中各零件的选用原则和装配关系,借鉴数据库的设计流程,定义数据字典,建立ER模型,在Access中实现减速器产品数据库的设计。参照树结构的操作算法,将减速器的装配树转化成二叉树存储,以生成装配树。将减速器装配体中零件之间的约束关系用关联网络描述,实现非标准减速器的关联设计。基于以上技术,在Visual Basic6.0环境下,开发ZY系列减速器的数字化建模系统。
【Abstract】 Digitalization design can accelerate the speed of new products’ development,and manage all the design datum effectively.The content of this paper is a part of the digi-talization design project in a reducer company.It is necessary to do research on the mod-eling system about ZY type reducer,in order to realize speedy design on the nonstandard ZY type reducer and effective management on the standard ZY type reducer. The main contents of the paper can be summarized as follows:The models of parts on the case and on the shafts are built by the variablelist of the Solid Edge.Shaftclass was founded by object-oriented modeling method,which explains the relation between shafts,gears and gear-shafts.At last,the shaftclass was realized by programming,with the help of API of Solid Edge.The selection rules and assemble relation among all the parts of the ZY type re-ducer were analyzed clearly.Then,product database was designed in Access,through de-fining data dictionary and building ER model.The assembly tree of the reducer was transformed into binary tree in order to store and generate it in program referring to algorithm of tree.The constraint relations among the parts of the reducer were described though net-work so that the correlation design of the nonstandard reducer would be achieved.Based on the above, the digitalization modeling system was implemented under the environment of Visual Basic6.0.
