新课程背景下有效的课堂教学研究

【摘要】 本研究是在课堂观察和个人教学实践反思的基础上,通过对课堂教学现状的分析,依据新课程背景下“知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观”三维一体课程目标,制定出有效的课堂教学标准,并从不同的角度提出了构建有效的课堂教学的策略,以期实现将课堂教学由“知识本位”向“学生发展本位”转变,或由“知识课堂”向“生命课堂”转变。本论文共分五个部分:一、在分析本研究的背景与意义和对国内外研究现状的综述的基础上提出自己要研究的主要问题。二、论述“有效教学”的含义,分析传统教学中对“有效教学”的看法,即只关注“知识与技能”这“一维”目标而忽视其它目标的达成的弊端,提出新课程背景下基于“三维”一体目标的“有效教学”观。同时,分析课堂的意蕴、课堂教学的本质以及影响课堂教学有效性的因素,以利于确立课堂教学有效性的标准,进行有效的课堂教学实施。三、通过对新课程“三维”目标的整体性认识,制定出课堂教学的有效性标准。分析课堂教学现状及其与标准的差距,为实施有效教学的策略找到落脚点。四、针对新课程目标和有效的课堂教学标准,结合案例分析,从不同角度提出在新课程背景下构建有效的课堂教学的策略。策略的实施以新课程背景下基于“三维”一体目标为准,关注将培养学生的认知技能目标和情意目标的有机结合,提倡培养学生自主、合作、探究的学习方式。五、通过课堂教学评价的主体——教师和学生的自我反思性评价来改进教师的教学与学生的学习,提高课堂教学的有效性,促进教师与学生共同发展。本研究主要采取的研究方法有:观察法、访谈法、案例研究法、文献研究法、经验总结法。
【Abstract】 Based on personal classroom observation and reflection to the teaching practice, this research aims at constructing a new effective teaching criterion and giving us a whole teaching strategy to improve its effectiveness according to the“three-dimension”curriculum objects under the new curriculum background so as to realize a kind of“Life Classroom”.This thesis contains six parts. Part one puts forward the main research topics that I will debate after the explanations to the backgrounds and aims of the research, including stating the current research status in quo in China and abroad. Part two expounds to us the meaning of Effective Teaching and it indicates the different ideas of effective teaching under the background of the traditional teaching and the new curricula. Meanwhile, it analyses the true meanings of so-called classroom and the essential characteristics of the classroom teaching. Then it analyses the main factors that influence the effective classroom teaching. Part three ,which is also the key part of the research, advises us to understand wholly the new curriculum three-dimension objects, emphasizes carefully constructing a new effective teaching criterion according to the“three-dimension”curriculum objects under the new curriculum background, and finds the discrepancies between the present situation and the new effective teaching criterion so as to provide a platform for the research landing. Part four shows us a series of teaching strategies that are argued by some cases, in order to improve the effectiveness of the classroom teaching. Part five uses the development evaluation including the teachers’reflective evaluation and the students’personal evaluation. Some main research methods adopted by this thesis are: observing, interviewing, analysis of teaching cases, summarizing the literature, teaching experience summing-up, etc.
