GX土地调查项目进度管理应用研究

【摘要】 项目进度管理与项目质量管理、项目成本管理是项目管理中最重要的三项内容。进度计划和进度控制是保证项目按期完成的关键管理环节。本文采用了理论和实践相结合、访谈调查和资料分析相结合以及文献研究的方法，以GX土地调查项目为背景，详细的论述了进度管理方法在项目中的实际应用过程。文章首先概要介绍了进度管理的相关基础理论与方法。其次，详细论述了进度管理相关理论在项目进度计划制定中的应用。与此同时，文章简单介绍了项目管理软件的常用功能，并且运用项目管理软件编制了GX土地调查项目计划。接着，文章阐述了运用三层次进度计划管理体系和计划—跟踪—调整循环进行项目进度控制的过程。最后，通过分析进度与费用之间的联系，提出应采用赢得值管理技术进行进度控制方法的优化，并阐述了赢得值管理技术在项目中的应用过程。本文将进度管理运用到非传统意义上的工程项目上来，对于如何普及、提高土地管理行业的项目管理水平，具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the project management, project progress management, project quantity management and project cost management are the most important three contents. Progress plan and control are the key management taches which ensure that the project will be completed on schedule.This paper is based on the ground project of GX land investigation and detailedly describes the practical appiication of the schedule management, adopting the method of the unifies of theory and practice, the unifies of visit investigation and date analysis as well as the literature research. Firstly, the interrelated basic theories and measures of project schedule management are schematically summarized in this article. Secondly, the essay particularly discusses the application of the interrelated theories of the schedule management in the establishment of the project schedule. Meanwhile, the paper briefly introduces the standing function of the project management software. Furthermore, the software is used to constitute the schedule of GX land investigation project. And then, this paper expatiates the process of project control , which using the three lays schedule management system and the plan-follow-adjust circuit. Finally, after the analyse of the relation between the schedule and the cost, the article brings forward that the Earned Value technology should be used to improve the schedule control method, discussing the application of this technology in the project.In this paper, the schedule management technology is applied to non-traditional engineering project, which has particular reference values on how to popularize and improve the level of the project management in the land management industry.更多还原
