基于GPRS的远程高压计量监测监控系统—数据采集与监控

【摘要】 我国目前10KV以下电力网络的地理分布复杂而且数量众多,大多数管理系统采用的通讯方式或多或少存在着一些弊病,如:电话通讯系统速度缓慢;电力载波通讯可靠性差;一些总线通讯网方式的通讯距离都有限等等。因此在10KV以下电力网络中,实时数据监测网络基本上没有得到真正的形成。随着近几年移动通讯的发展,中国移动公司的GPRS网络通讯为10KV以下的电力实时监测网络的形成提供了强有力的通讯平台。GPRS网络即通用分组无线业务使得用户能够在端到端分组传送模式下发送和接收数据,具有链路建立时间短、数据传输速率高、费用低等特点。本课题就是利用GPRS网络、数据库技术和网络技术在10KV以下的电力配网中实现远程高压计量监测监控系统,为全面实施供电系统的全自动化运行建立一个完整性、一致性、兼容性和开放性都很强大的电力管理平台,可实现输、配网以及用电网电能量的自动采集、传输、存储、分析、计费、管理、监控和WEB发布功能。本文从系统构成及软/硬件系统的设计实现方法介绍了一种基于GPRS远程电力计量监控系统,从而为电力部门实现电力配网自动化、收费自动化、电能质量管理以及用户的用电预测与分析提供有效、可靠的依据。

【Abstract】 My current 10KV electrical network is complex and the large number of geographicaldistribution, most used means of communication management system more or less existssome ills, such as: telephone communications system has been slow; power carriercommunications reliability is poor; Some distance bus network means of communicationare limited, and so on. 10KV power in the network, real-time data monitoring network isnot really formed. As in recent years the development of mobile communications, ChinaMobile Communications Corporation GPRS network for the 10KV power of a real-timemonitoring network provided a powerful communications platform. GPRS network to awireless business that made the end-users to send and receive data transmission model, ashorter time to establish links, high-speed data transmission, low cost features. This topic isthe use of GPRS networks, database technology and network technology in the 10KVpower distribution network to achieve long-range high-pressure measurement monitoring,and control systems, power supply systems for the full implementation of a fullyautomated operation completeness, consistency, compatibility and openness are verystrong power management platform achievable lose, energy distribution network andelectricity grid by the automatic collection, transmission, storage, analysis, costing,management, monitoring and Web publishing functions.
