内嵌压力源全自动便携式压力校验仪的研究

【摘要】 压力测量仪表是工业生产过程中不可缺少的测量设备,大量应用于各种生产中。为了保证压力测量仪表的准确、可靠,必须对压力测量仪表进行定期检定。传统的手动检定方法检定效率低,劳动强度大,检定精度易受人为因素影响。本文系统的综述了国内外压力表检定的发展历史及现状,针对油田压力仪表现场校验的特殊需要,提出开发一种内嵌压力源、能全自动完成校验过程的一体化便携式压力校验仪的构想,并对该压力校验仪需要解决的几个主要技术关键问题进行了研究,主要工作和成果体现在以下几个方面:首先,对标准压力自动发生装置及控制方法进行了研究,提出了定步长式压力控制方法,能够精确、快速、稳定无超调的产生压力校验所需的标准压力;其次针对目前指针式和带变送器的压力仪表都有大量应用的现状,研究了压力仪表示值的自动判读系统。采用图象处理的方法实现了对指针式压力仪表示值的自动判读;三是对标准传感器的温度漂移特性进行了研究,采用二元线性插值法进行补偿,以提高标准传感器的测量精度。

【Abstract】 The pressure of metrical gauge is the metrical equipments of the indispensability in the industrial production line, in great quantities applied in various productions. For the sake of the accuracy and reliability of the pressure calibration, the pressure gauge must be checked periodically. The traditional manual pressure calibration methods are subjected to low efficiency, high labor intensity and low calibration accuracy due to human factors. The development history and present conditions of the pressure calibration are summarized in this dissertation, aim at the special demand of the oil-field pressure gauge field calibration, put forward an idea of developing portable pressure calibration instrument which can check the pressure full-automatic and with the pressure source inside, and do the research on a few main technique key problems of pressure calibration instrument which would be resolved. Main work and the result are described as follows.The first, do the research on pressure automatically generating device and control method, put forward a kind of standard pressure method of certain steps, and could occurrence pressure accurate, fast, stabilize and have no super adjust of creation which is pressure calibration instrument need; The second, aim at present conditions that a great deal of transducer and pointer gauges are all of applied, the automatically read system is researched, the automatical read system of pointer gauge become true by the method of image processing; The third, do the research on the temperature drift of standard pressure sensor, and carrying on the temperature compensation by linear of vicariate interpolation for improving measure accuracy.
