基于CCD图像的异物分拣技术及机器状态监控的研究

【摘要】 烟草异物智能分拣系统是用于生产线上剔除烟叶物料中杂物的一种专用设备。它是集光电子、光学、计算机、电子、机械等于一体的自动化检测系统。它的使用可以提高整条生产线的自动化程度、降低劳动强度、保证分拣效果的一致性,从而可以更好的保证最终产品品质。该系统可以推广到制药、食品等行业,拥有广泛的应用空间。该系统基于机器视觉技术,利用线阵CCD摄像机获取流水线上的烟叶图像,将图像信息传入数字图像处理单元,计算机根据图像处理的结果控制高速气动电磁阀开阀,用高压气流将杂质或者霉变烟叶剔除,达到剔除异物目的。本文主要对烟草异物智能分拣系统的图形处理算法、杂质识别思想、故障诊断以及远程控制、诊断方面等进行了系统研究。论文首先阐述研制分拣系统的科学意义以及应用前景,给出分拣系统总体设计方案;接着介绍系统的照明设计、烟叶图像数据的获取和处理,并在此基础上研究了总线技术、视景区照度、光源照明监控和异物识别思想。再次,介绍基于C/S模式的网络结构和VPN网络技术,并在基础上在此基础上研究和实现了计算机集中控制和网络远程控制,实现远程监控和远程操作等,并为以后的产品的远程诊断和远程维护提供可能。
【Abstract】 The intelligent inspection system of tobacco is a special device, which is used to eliminate the impurity from the raw tobacco. It is a complicated system relating to photo-electricity, optics, computer, electronics and mechanism, etc. Its use enhances greatly the level of automation and debases the stress of work. It can ensure the quality of final products. This system can be applied widely in pharmacy industry, foodstuff industry, etc. with little revised.The system grabs tobacco digital image from the product line with the line scan CCD camera based on machine vision. And the digital image is transmitted to the image-processing unit. Computer controls the high-speed pneumatic valve by the process result, using the high-pressure airflow blow the impurity and the musty tobacco leaf. And the system function is accomplished.This paper emphasizes on the study and design on image manipulation and fault diagnosis of the intelligent inspection system of tobacco. Firstly,it discusses the value and perspective of the system,and gives the scheme of the design.Secondly, the illumination designing,the image data grabbing and manipulation scheme are presented. And fault diagnosis of the view scope illumination, arithmetic of identify impurity are presented based on these basement.And then,on the base of the C/S model structure and VPN, introduce the center control and remote control, and make remote fault diagnosis and remote maintenance possible.
