航空齿轮润滑数值计算
Numerical Solution of Lubrication for Aeronautic Gear

【摘要】 齿轮是机械产品的重要零件,也是航空产品尤其是航空发动机的重要传动件,其性能的优劣在一定程度上决定着整个产品的质量水平。论文应用有限长线接触和无限长线接触热弹流理论分析了航空齿轮的润滑问题,并采用C++语言编写成程序。应用多重网格法和扫描法,求得了Ree-Eying非牛顿流体无限长线接触热弹流问题的数值解,并且分析了载荷、速度和非牛顿流体对润滑的影响。采用Gauss-Seidel和Jacobi相结合的松弛方法,求得了点接触热弹流的完全数值解,并与文献中的算例和实验结果进行了比较,同时分析了点接触等温解和热解的差别。综合无限长线接触和点接触的求解方法,求得了有限长线接触热弹流润滑问题的完全数值解,在有限长的几何分析中将有限长线接触、无限长线接触和点接触弹流润滑三者相统一。比较了有限长线接触和无限长线接触之间的差别,并分析了有限长线接触圆柱体端部圆角半径对润滑油膜压力、膜厚和温度的影响。采用有限长线接触热弹流理论分析了渐开线直齿轮的润滑问题。对轮齿上不同啮合位置的油膜压力、膜厚和温度进行了比较,并分析齿轮传递功率和转速对齿轮润滑的影响。采用线接触热弹流理论,考虑非牛顿影响,分析了高速重载齿轮的润滑状况。通过弹流润滑分析,得到齿轮润滑油膜压力分布,油膜厚度分布和温度分布,对提高齿轮工作稳定性、防止齿面磨损和胶合、提高齿轮寿命都有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Gear was the important part of mechainal product, and also the important drive part of the aeronautic product especially the aeronautic engine .The capability of the gear possibility dicide the level of the product’s quality. Lubrication was analyzed for aeronautic gear applies the thermal EHL theory of a line and a finite line contact. And a program has been compiled with C++ language for this.With the multigrid technique and scan technique, a non-Newtonian complete numerical solution for thermal EHL problem of a line contact with the Ree-Eying fluid, and the influence of power and rotate speed for lubricate was analysed. With Gauss-Seidel and Jacobi relaxation, a complete numertical solution for thermal EHL problem of a point contact was obtained, and proved by compare to a computational example of literature. Simultaneity, analyzed the difference of solution between the thermal EHL and EHL. Combined the method of line contact and point contact, a complete numertical solution for thermal EHL problem of finite line contact was obtained. The geometry analysis consolidated the finite line contact, infinitely line contact and the point contact. A comparison has been made between the solution of a finite line contact and infinitely line contact. Variation in the film thickness, the pressure and the temperature with different radius of the end profiles of the cylinder are disussed.A problem of lubricate for aeronautic gear has been disussed, with the thermal EHL of a finite line contact. A comparison has been made of the film thickness, the pressure and the temperature in mesh position. Simultaneity, the influence of different of power and rotate speed was in view. A problem of lubricate for a gear of high speed and heavy load has been disussed, with the non-Newtonian thermal EHL of infinitely line contact.The film thickness, the pressure and the temperature of gear, computed by the thermal EHL theory, has very important meaning for stability while gear working, avoiding fray of gear and enhancing the life of gear.
