【摘要】 随着现代信息技术的飞速发展和广泛应用，将网络、计算机、数字音视频等多媒体类先进技术应用在标准口语平台的建设中，创建一个随时、随地进行个性化学习和标准口语训练的环境，为社会大众的标准普通话、标准英语学习和培训创造了条件。论文结合浙江省重点项目《浙江省中小学标准口语(普通话、英语)远程教育实施》的技术开发和实施，展开研究和应用。本文的研究重点是基于网络的单向远程教育技术和即时交互远程教育技术，主要包括视频、音频、文字的同步技术，基于Flash的动画实现技术，基于交互式音频点播和在线英文翻译、以及多媒体单词库的实时交互技术，在线测试技术，基于ActiveX的在线音频录制及自动上传技术等。基于此，开发了标准口语(普通话和英语)远程教育平台，旨在通过本平台的实施，建立起一个面向中小学及社会大众标准口语语音训练的辅助教学平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development and extensive application of modem informationtechnology, advanced technology such as the network, computer, Digital audio-videomultimedia, is used in the standard spoken platform. The creation of a standards oralenvironment that for learning and training any time and in any place makes theconditions for the community’s standard Putonghua, Standard English learning andtraining.Combining with Zhejiang key project "the Mandarin and English distancelearning platform for Zhejiang", we studied the technology and application.This study focuses on the Web-based distance education technology, includingvideo, audio, text synchronization technology, animation technology based on Flash,and interactive audio-on-demand and on-line English translation, and multimediaword for the real-time interactive technology, online testing technology, online audiorecording Based on ActiveX and automatically uploads technology.Based on above ideas, we have developed the Mandarin learning web andEnglish learning web.
