【摘要】 全纳教育是20世纪90年代兴起的国际教育思潮。全纳教育的理念随着世界各国对于教育平等、教育民主化的追求，逐渐得到世界各国的认可，许多国家开始把全纳教育的思想付诸实践。全纳是提高参与并且减少被主流社会排斥的过程，其基本理念是接纳所有学生，满足所有学生的需求，而不论这些儿童处于何种身体、智力、社会、情感、语言及其他状况。全纳教育是“要提高学生的参与，减少学生的被排斥”，从而使每个儿童能够受到最适合其本人的教育。本文的第一部分，介绍了其他学者的研究成果，介绍了本文的研究目的和研究意义。本文的第二部分，对全纳教育进行概述，介绍了全纳教育的几种定义及其基本理念。第三部分，介绍了全纳教育的兴起背景及其发展历程。第四部分，从理论研究的角度，分析了全纳教育的哲学基础、社会学基础和心理学基础。第五部分，从实践研究的角度，比较分析了各国全纳教育实践中的共同点并介绍分析各国全纳教育教师培养、课程设置和技术手段等。第六部分，总结了对全纳教育存在的一些问题的看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Inclusive education is an international education thought emerging in the 1990s. With the pursuit of educational equality and democratization in every country, the conception of inclusive education was accepted all over the world and many countries begin to put it into practice. Inclusion is the process of increasing participation and decreasing exclusion from mainstream social settings. The fundamental concept of inclusive education is to include all students, and meet all the students’ needs, regardless of the states of health, intelligence, society, emotion, language, and etc. Inclusive education tries to increase students’ participation and decrease their being excluded, and then makes every child receive optimum education for himself.In the first part of the article, it introduces the other scholars’ researches and the writer’s research purpose and meaning. The second part of the article, it is about the definition of inclusive education, introducing its fundamental concept. The third part, introducing background and development course of inclusive education. The forth part, from the perspective of theoretical research, the article has analyzed the inclusive education’s philosophy foundation, sociology foundation and the psychology foundation; The fifth part, from the perspective of practical research, the article uses the comparison to analyze the common experience in the inclusive education and analyze its teacher training, curriculum and technical means in some countries.
