广东国际旅游产业结构研究

【摘要】 入境旅游发展水平，是衡量一个国家或地区旅游产业国际化水平和产业成熟程度的重要标志，也应是旅游强省的重要标志。作为全国旅游大省，广东的旅游产业尤其是广东国际旅游业在取得长足发展的同时，其内部结构性矛盾也日益突出，突出表现为产业要素发展不平衡、各要素内部发展不平衡和地区旅游业发展不平衡，制约着其整体素质和效益的提高。因此，研究广东国际旅游产业结构，系统分析结构变化过程以及产业发展的结构性制约因素，设定优化的目标体系和协调机制，对于有效合理的配置资源、协调广东旅游创汇部门内部的关系，提高旅游产业的经济效益，加速旅游产业结构向合理化和高度化演进具有重要意义。本文以广东国际旅游产业为研究对象，以产业经济学和区域产业结构优化理论为指导，将旅游产业结构的优化与产业结构的动态演进规律联系起来，在分析其产品结构和客源市场结构的前提下，以1991-2004年为时间段从内部结构、结构效益、结构生产力、结构关联性等方面对广东国际旅游产业结构的演化趋势和现状进行分析。通过上述分析，得出以下结论：广东国际旅游产业结构主要存在问题是：旅游产业增长速度缓慢；产业结构构成波动较大，部门发展不协调，结构稳定性差；行业结构变动对旅游产业推动作用不大；旅游产业向合理化方向的演进趋势不明显；旅游产业结构的效益贡献率低；旅游产业的结构关联度较低，结构方面的这些问题制约了整个旅游产业的整体素质和效益。在以上分析的基础上，遵循产业结构优化的基本原则和模式，提出了广东国际旅游产业结构优化的具体策略：强化宣传促销，保持海外客源市场稳定发展；实施旅游精品工程；不断开发旅游新产品，体现人本关怀；增强主导产业的扩散效应，实现旅游产业的供需平衡；改善要素内部结构，提高旅游产业的结构效益；根据旅游业地区结构状况，采取不同发展措施；重视区域整合，提升国际旅游影响力；提高科技含量，推动旅游产业结构升级。更多还原

【Abstract】 The inbound tourist level of development, is weighs a national or thelocal traveling industry internationalization level and the industrialmature degree important symbol, also should be the important symbol tostrong tourist province. As national traveling big province, Guangdong’straveling industry, Guangdong international tourism while obtains theconsiderable development in particular, its internal constitutiveproperty contradictory day by day prominent, the prominent performancefor the industrial essential factor development not balanced, variousessential factors internal development is not also balanced and the localtourism develops not balanced, is restricting its overall quality and thebenefit enhancement. Therefore, studies the Guangdong internationaltraveling industrial structure, the system analysis structural changeprocess as well as the industrial development constitutive restrictionfactor, the hypothesis optimizes the target complex harmoniouscooperation adjusts the mechanism, regarding the effective reasonabledisposition resources, coordinates Guangdong to travel the bringing inforeign exchange income department interior relations, enhances thetraveling industry the economic efficiency, the acceleration travelingindustrial structure and highly melts the evolution to therationalization to have the vital significance.Directed by the theories of industry economy and optimizing theoryof regionalindustrial structure, Comparing the tour industrial structureof Guangdong to the country from1991 to 2004, stressing on the innerstructure, structure effectiveness productivity, relevance, the thesisstudies the evolving trend of international tour industry in Guangdongand analyses the present situation.Through analysis, the conclusions follow here:We find that the growth rate is decreasing and the industrialstructure is not in proportion. Though it is developing to the directionof rationalization, its optimization level is left behind by the national, the similaritycoefficient of its structure is decreasing and thestability of its structure is low; the holistic structure has pooradvantages that does little good to the economic growth and must beadjusted; the relevance of all sectionsis weak and the departments have great differences.Basing on the above analysis, keeping to the basic principles andpatterns of how to optimize industry structure, the thesis designs a goalsystem of optimization andbrings forward a series of proposal: Try tobuild a Project of Better Quality andbroaden the pedigree of tourismproducts; Enforce the spread effect of dominatedepartment, achieve abalance of supply and demand; Improve the inner structures of all factorsand its structural benefit. Introduce a scientific andtechnologicalmanagement system; accelerate the transformation ofdeveloping strategic pattern of tourism industry.更多还原
