对担保公司薪酬制度的思考与研究

【摘要】 在知识经济时代,人力资源己成为企业的第一资源,在所有的人力资源管理任务中,薪酬体系的设计与管理是其中相当重要的一项。当今企业薪酬制度不成体系、科学性差由于仅凭借其经验而不是从科学的分析出发制定的薪酬制度,因此决策的科学性较差,往往也会违反薪酬管理的公平原则。如何建立完善而有效的薪酬激励机制?本文从介绍企业薪酬管理概述、薪酬设计的原则与程序、常见的薪酬体系分析入手,从担保公司薪酬管理中存在的误区和原因等方面,浅要阐述了担保公司如何进行薪酬设计及对策。由于作者对此问题研究尚浅,故在许多方面的阐述不够深入,可操作性与行文的逻辑性亦有待进一步探讨。

【Abstract】 In the knowledge economy age, man power resource has become the firstresource in the enterprise. In the administration task of all man powerresources, the disgn of pay system and the administration is the mostimportant. In today’s enterprise, the pay system is still notsystematical and scienticfical, it is only got by its experience insteadof analysing it sicentifically. Thus, its scientificity is very poor.At the same time, it also goes against the fair principle of the payadministration.How to set up a perfect and effective ecouraging pay system? The essaybegins with introducing the summary of pay administration of enterprise,the principle and praogrammof the design of pay administration and thecommon pay system, it analyses the misunderstandings and reasons ofpay administration in guarantee compay and discuss that the guaranteecompany how carries on the pay design and the methods to sovle theproblems. Because the author haven’t made further study about it. maybethere are many broblems to make further discussion.
