基于PCI总线的数字显微镜视频采集

【摘要】 现代科技的发展日新月异,计算机技术更是如此,相比之下许多传统技术就略显落伍。把光学显微镜与现代计算机技术相结合,使传统的显微技术跟上计算机信息技术时代的步伐。基于PCI总线的数字显微镜视频采集由此而诞生,分显微镜和计算机两大部分。本文主要研究讨论了二者之间的连接、通信技术,提出了视频采集卡的设计方案并重点制作视频采集卡。数字显微镜视频采集的主要流程是先把显微镜所得到的图像经过CCD摄像机完成模拟视频采集,然后把模拟视频信号送入视频采集卡转换为数字视频信号,最后通过计算机PCI总线将采集到的数字视频信号传送到计算机上进行处理和存储以完成采集过程。视频解码编码芯片、硬件电路板设计软件、驱动程序和上层应用软件的编写都有很多种方案选择。根据设计的要求采用SAA7134作为PCI桥芯片和视频解码编码芯片,用Protel99设计PCB电路板,AVStream多媒体类构架驱动程序,用基于DirectShow的视频框架模型来编写上层应用软件。
【Abstract】 Nowadays the new technology is changing with each passing day, especially in the field of computer technology, but in the contrary some of traditional techniques were looks like old fashion. Optical telescope combine with the modern Computer technology make the traditional technology keep pace with the new technology. In this case Video Capture of Digital Microscope Based on PCI was born, it made of microscope and computer. In this dissertation, investigate and discuss the connection and communication between microscope and computer, a video capture scheme was proposed and made it.The first step of the system is sending the optical image to CCD camera. The second step is the camera sending the analog video signal to capture card which transform it to digital video signaled. Finally, the digital video signal is sended to computer by PCI bus.Video decoder/encoder chip, PCB board design software, drivers and apply software programming, all of them have many options. Consider of demand, we use SAA7134 as the PCI bus chip and record/encoder chips, design PCB board with Protel 99, write drivers with AVStream multimedia class, program the apply software under the DirectShow capture mode.
