【摘要】 以计算机技术、通信技术和信息技术为支撑的国际互联网(Internet)正以前所未有的速度冲击着各个方面，深刻影响着人类社会的经济、政治和文化生活。互联网创造了一个特殊的虚拟的社会，这就是网络社会。网络社会对现实政治产生了巨大的影响。本文主要阐述网络与政治的关系，网络对不同的政治主体具有不同的政治价值。论文共分为五部分。第一部分，概述网络社会的崛起，并界定几个重要概念；第二部分简要说明作为政治现象的网络所具有的特点；第三部分根据网络的特点阐述网络的政治功能；第四部分阐述网络的政治价值的实现。不同的政治主体利用网络满足自身的政治需求；第五部分分析网络的政治价值的走向，网络霸权与反霸权的斗争会在网络社会一直继续下去，而社会主义国家仍将利用网络积极推进民主政治建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Internet which is supported by computer technology, communications technology and information technology is attacking each aspect by the unprecedented speed, profoundly is affecting human society’s economy, politics and the cultural life.The Internet has been creating a special virtual society, which is the network society.The network society has had the profound influence to the realistic politics.This article mainly elaborate the network and the politics’ relation, the network has the different political value to the different political main body. The paper altogether divides into five parts. The first part, outline network society’s rising, and limits several important concepts; The second part brief the Internet’s characteristic as the political phenomenon; The third part elaborates network political function basising the Internet characteristic; The fourth part elaborates the Internet’s political valual realization. The different political main body meets own political need by the Internet; The fifth part analysises the Internet’s political value trend, the Internet hegemony can continuously continue with the counter-hegemony strugglein in the network society, but the socialist countries still positively will advance the democratic political construction by using the Internet.更多还原
