灾源空区信息获取及管理与应用研究

【摘要】 金属矿床地下开采形成的大量采空区严重危及矿山的安全。以先进的空区探测系统为手段,开展以空区信息精确获取为基础的相关技术的研究与应用,已经成为我国金属矿山安全生产所面临的重大前沿研究课题。准确掌握矿山采空区三维形态、空间位置、实际边界、顶板面积及体积大小是实施隐患资源安全回采和空区灾害防控的一项重要基础性工作。本文综合运用理论分析、现场探测、数值模拟等方法,采用采空区精密探测系统(CMS)、矿业软件Surpac、有限元分析软件Phase~2以及计算机高级语言VB等工具,紧密结合“铜坑矿92号矿体西南采区空区形态精密探测及数字模拟与监测技术研究”科研课题,针对铜坑矿的具体工程实际,开展基于CMS精密探测的采空区信息获取、空区信息的有效管理和应用等方面的研究。本文以广西华锡集团铜坑矿为研究对象,采用国际领先的CMS系统对铜坑矿采空区进行精密探测,准确获得了采空区的三维形态、空间位置、实际边界、体积、顶板面积等信息,并研制了空区信息管理系统。在此基础上,利用探测获得的能反映空区实际三维形态和空间位置的空区模型,运用Surpac和Phase~2耦合建模的方法,建立了铜坑矿西南采区采空区稳定性数值模拟模型,进行了数值模拟计算,并对采空区稳定性进行了评价。
【Abstract】 The Cavity which caused by the mines of metal undergrounddeveloping endanger the safety of mines seriously. With the advantagedmethod of cavity measure system, based on the cavity measuretechnology to opening the researching and application. It had become animportant research task of the safety production of metal mine in China.It is an important basic work for the developing of hidden troubleresource, defend and control of stopes to master the 3D configuration,space position, factual boundary, top acreage and the cubage exactly.This paper use the method of theory analysis, locale exploration,numerical value simulation and so on in integration, adopt the tools ofprecision exploration system of cavity (CMS), the software of miningSurpac, the software of finity-buck analyse Phase~2 and the advancedlanguage of computer VB and so on, combine closely with the scientificresearch task of "Tongkeng Mine 92# ore body southwest cavityconfiguration precision exploration and numeral simulation and monitortechnology research",aim at the embody project practice of Tongkengmine, opening the study of the information get and efficiencymanagement and application of gob areas based on CMS.This paper researched Tongkeng mine of Huaxi Corporation inGuangxi province, use the international one-up CMS system for theexactitude exploration of underground cavity, And elicit the 3Dconfiguration, space position, factual boundary, top acreage, the cubage,and so on, and develop the stope information management system. Afterthis, the author using the model which can represent the realconfiguration and space position, coupling with SURPAC and PHASE~2,found the Tongkeng mine southwest cavity stability numerical simulatemodel, and the do the calculate with it, finally evaluate the stability of thecavity.
