OTDR远程光缆集中监测系统研究

【摘要】 随着通信技术的成熟与广泛应用,光缆通信传输系统的通信容量变得更加巨大,对网络的安全可靠性的要求越来越高,降低网络故障率、缩短故障中断时间等需求被提到了前所未有的高度,因此,提高网络服务质量已经成为网络建设和维护的重要目标。针对这一问题,中国移动通信集团公司致力于开发“OTDR光缆集中监测系统”,光缆监测系统是针对当前光缆应用日益增长,光缆故障问题突出的形势,对光缆线路进行实时的、动态的监测、维护和管理,使光缆线路的维护管理处于可控制和可预见的状态,从而能够实现快速故障定位,压缩障碍历时和排除障碍隐患,变被动维护为主动维护,达到降低运营维护成本,减员增效的目的。本文作者参与了光缆监测系统开发,对光缆监测系统需求分析、系统功能、整体结构以及系统实现,如系统的具体界面、GIG系统、配置管理等进行研究,主要进行了以下工作:(1)介绍了光缆监测的基本方式,参与移动集团公司光缆监测现状调查,对比传统人工监测和OTDR光缆集中监测,对采用OTDR光缆集中监测系统产生的经济效益进行分析。(2)根据日常光缆监测所遇到的问题,对OTDR光缆集中监测系统进行需求分析,参与设计系统硬件拓扑结构、系统业务逻辑结构、系统功能框图,并对系统组网及软件功能进行分析。(3)以福建移动光缆监测系统开发过程为基础,介绍OTDR系统监测界面功能实现过程。(4)根据移动集团公司光缆集中监测系统应用情况,对光缆自动监测系统和资源管理系统的集成进行了研究。

【Abstract】 With the development of communication technology, the communication capability based on optical fiber cable becomes larger, and the security of communication should meet a higher specification. Improving communication net service quality has become an important object for communication net construct and maintenance.To solve the problem above, a redundancy optical fiber cable is prepared to be used when the trouble comes out, and by the redundancy the communication can be resumed. But with the development of communication, the manner using redundancy optical fiber cable can not satisfying the requirements of clients.In the last 10 years, China Mobile Communication Company (CMCC) applied itself to develop some new testing systems for optical fiber cable to meet the requirement from market. Testing system for optical fiber cable grounded on OTDR is one of the research products, by which operators can test and manage optical fiber cable in real-time. The presentation of testing system for optical fiber cable grounded on OTDR turns the passive maintenance manner into active maintenance one and decreases the cost of the company.The author took part in the development of testing system and carried out a series of research works on requirements’ analysis, system function partition, and system structure design.The contributions are as follows:(1) Attend the investigation of the application of testing systems in CMCC, and compare the manual testing manner and automatic testing manner for optical fiber cable. At the same time, analyze the revenue bringing by the application of automatic testing system based OTDR.(2) Have a analysis for automatic testing system, and take part in the design of system structure, logic structure and function structure. The internet structure and developing software are also discussed.(3) Introduce the realization of software system based on the automatic testing system of Fujian Mobile Communication Company.(4) Have some researches on the integration between the testing system of optical fiber cable and resources management system based on the requirement of CMCC.
