基于ARM的嵌入式流动电流测控仪的研究

【摘要】 嵌入式系统以其小型、专用、可靠性高的特点,已经在各个领域得到了广泛的应用。随着微电子技术的快速发展,旧有的流动电流测控系统已逐渐不能适应广大用户的需求,迫切要求新一代流动电流测控系统向数字化、智能化、集成化方面迈进。本课题研究的主要任务是在分析和总结现有流动电流测控系统的基础上,开发一套新型的基于ARM微处理器的流动电流测控仪。论文围绕这个任务,主要进行了如下几个方面的研究工作:1、研究了流动电流的产生和流动电流传感器,分析了目前流动电流测控系统的结构及不足之处,提出了运用ARM嵌入式系统开发新型测控仪表的研究思路。2、根据流动电流测控仪的工作原理及功能需求,选择飞利浦公司的LPC2210为主控制器,设计了流动电流测控仪的软硬件总体方案。3、介绍了嵌入式系统的概念、组成,分析了嵌入式系统的特点,依照总体方案,设计了基于ARM7内核的LPC2210处理器的流动电流测控仪的硬件和软件开发平台。4、设计和实现了基于ARM7 LPC2210的流动电流测控仪的硬件和软件各功能模块,针对系统的干扰问题,完成了FIR滤波器的设计,选用了增量PID控制算法。总之,本文从研究嵌入式系统的软、硬件设计及其在流动电流测控仪中的应用着手,掌握了嵌入式系统开发的模式、流程、开发环境的搭建和软、硬件调试方法,并完成了部分试验,在结构和功能上对现有流动电流测控系统进行了改进,使其性能更加稳定,功能扩展更加容易,为真正实现智能化仪表奠定了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 The embedded system has been employed in a wide field because of its miniaturization,customized and high-reliability. With the rapid development of micro-electronic techmology,those measurement and control systems of traditional can’t meet demands of user gradually,so it is urgent that the new generation of measurement and control system for the streaming current goes forward on the way of digitization,intelligentization and integration.The main task of the research subject is to develop a set of new type measurement and control system for the streaming current based on ARM microprocessor after absorbing present system.The research work include mainly as follows:1. The subject discussed the streaming current technique and streaming current sensor,analyzed the present constructure of SC measurement and control system and its deficiencies.At last,the research methods in ARM embedded system on SC measurement and control system are given. 2. According to the principle and requirement, the subject designed the scheme of SC measurement and control system based on 32-bit ARM microprocessor(LPC2210)3. The concept and composing of embedded system are depicted generally.The characteristic of embedded system is analyzed. According to the general scheme,the hardware and software development environment based on the MCU ARM LPC2210 is conctructed.4. Each hardware component and application software had been completed. FIR filter had been designed and used increment PID arithmetic.The capability of system is improved.In conclusion,the design of hardware and software,the application of embedded system are detailed roundly. The embedded system model of development and process and the mothods of testing were obtained.The constructure and functions of SC measurement and control system have been inproved and firmly base for intelligentized instrument designing development was set up.
