高速夯实机在叶信高速公路加宽工程应用研究

【摘要】 高速夯击法是一种路基填土压实的新的岩土工程施工技术。在高路公路的路堤填筑中,因碾压分层过多,不易控制质量,有可能引起路面的工后沉降大,路基承载力不足,甚至导致路堤边坡失稳等现象,特别是在公路工程施工中某些特殊地段(例如桥台背路基填土)由于施工条件的限制,路基土或回填土难以压实,不能达到工程要求的压实度,致使公路运行后出现各种异常情况,严重时影响道路的正常运行,如桥头跳车、路面破损等现象。论文结合叶集至信阳高速公路(以下简称叶信高速公路)加宽工程,探讨了高速夯击法的基本工作原理和施工方法,通过高速夯实机在叶信高速公路加宽工程中的具体应用,进行了公路路基的高速夯击法夯击试验,分析了高速夯击法对路基、桥台背路堤填土夯击时的施工效果以及震动影响;通过在叶信高速公路加宽工程中采用高速夯击法对地基进行处理的现场试验,得到了丰富、详实的试验结果,对这些实际观测数据进行分析对比,分析、归纳与总结了高速夯击法的作用机理、高速夯击法的施工效果、高速夯击法的施工方法,论文也对高速夯击法夯击填土层的施工质量检测法作了介绍:本文还研究了高速夯击法在填土工程施工、填石工程施工、填土补强工程施工及构筑物台背填土及补强工程施工的施工工艺及施工技术参数。论文研究成果对指导公路路基加宽工程施工具有重要的工程实用价值。

【Abstract】 High-speed compaction is a new construction technology of geotechnical engineering in filling and compacting of highway subgrade. During the course of construction of road bank, the quality of construction can not be controlled easily because the rolling layers are overmany. This can bring large sedimentation of the pavement after construction and deficient load bearing capacity of road subgrade, and even can induce slop failure of road subgrade. Especially, in the special district (eg. the spots of subgrade filling of abutment and behind abutment) , because of the striction of construction condition, the soil of road subgrade and back filling is difficult to compact and the compactness can’t satisfy the requirement. Therefore, there are various exceptional circs after the use of highways and some serious circs, such as bumping at the end of a bridge, dilapidation of road surface and so on, which affect the natural running of highways.This thesis has discussed the basic principle and construction technology of high-speed compaction combining the widening project of Ye-Xin expressway. The compaction experiment of high-speed compactor in compacting road sugrade and gravel soil is complished by the application of high-speed compactor in the widening project of Ye-Xin expressway, and the construction effect and vibration influence are analyzed when compacting the filling soil of subgrade, abutment and behind abutment in the method of high-speed compaction. By the spot test of high-speed compaction in road subgrade settling in the widening project of Ye-Xin expressway, abundant and accurate test results are obtained. The thesis has made much analysis, conclusion and summarization on the action mechanism, construction results, construction methods of high-speed compaction by analyzing and contrasting the data observed in practice. And the detection method of construction quality of high-speed compaction has been introduced in compacting filling layers. This thesis has also studied the construction technology and construction technical parameters of soil filling construction, stones filling construction, filling strengthening construction, filling behind abutment and strengthening of structures construction. The study results have important practical value on instructing construction of road subgrade.
