基于参数化特征的衣袖结构技术研究

【摘要】 服装计算机辅助设计技术自诞生以来,对提高服装企业的现代化管理水平,促进服装行业走现代化进程起到了无可替代的作用。随着新一代计算机和人工智能技术的发展,专家系统、知识工程将逐渐渗透到服装CAD系统之中,开发智能化服装CAD系统已成为必然趋势。本课题针对目前服装PDS系统的发展现状和服装企业的实际需求,提出了基于参数化特征的衣袖结构技术研究。采用科学的研究方法,按照提出问题→建立模型→确定方法→技术实现→检验评价的研究思路,逐步进行课题研究。本课题运用模块化思想,以基于特征的参数化建模技术将数学模型转化成程序语言,AutoCAD作为平台,定制开发了衣袖结构自动生成系统。本课题的主要研究成果有:首先,从人体和服装的角度,对人体体型特征(主要是上肢部分)进行了分析,为后来的衣袖结构设计提供了科学的依据;对课题的基本思想——参数化设计思想进行了理论研究,包括参数化设计的概念、技术特点、方法等内容,为后来的模型建立奠定了基础。然后,在衣袖结构设计理论研究部分,对衣袖结构设计的相关要素作了全面的考虑,得出各结构因素的理论设计范围。接着,在理论研究的基础上,分析了合体一片袖和两片袖的结构设计方法,建立了合体一片袖和两片袖结构设计的参数模型,运用NURBS的绘图原理,通过现有的绘图软件AutoCAD进行了曲线拟合。最后,选用AutoCAD为开发平台,其内嵌的编程语言VBA为程序接口,采用层次型的模型框架,定制开发了衣袖结构自动生成系统。同时,建立了衣袖结构数据库,便于用户通过查询参数调出已有的结构图。服装纸样自动生成技术符合当前服装CAD的发展方向,与信息技术的结合亦可提升服装整个行业的科技含量和经济效益,并且降低了对非专业人士和新入行人员的使用难度,可解决企业技术人员培训困难、技术稳定性差、流动频繁等诸多问题。本课题的研究目标初步完成,成果有效、可行,为服装纸样自动化生成的实现提出了一条比较科学的途径,具有学术价值和实用价值,也有一定的创新性。
【Abstract】 Garment Computer Aided Design System, since its birth, has brought an incomparable effect both on raising the modern management level of the enterprises, and promoting the modern progress walk of the whole industry. With the development of the new computer generation and artificial intelligence technique, the expert system, knowledge engineering will be applied into the CAD system, so developing the intelligent CAD system has become the inevitable development trend.Based on the current PDS development condition and the actual need of the companies, this paper focus on the parametric characteristic study on sleeve pattern design. This paper adopts the scientific research method, and carries on the research along such a way: question→model→method→program.This paper emphasizes on modular programming parametric modeling based on characteristics. It translates the parameter models into program language, and develops the automatic sleeve pattern design system. The main contributions consist of: First of all, analyzing the human body’s dynamic and static state (especially the upper limbs), which providing scientific foundation for the sleeve pattern design, and studying the thought of parametric design theoretically, including the concept, technique character, method and so on, which establishing the foundation for modeling.Then, in the part of sleeve pattern design theory study, considering the related structural factors, obtaining the changeable range of each factor in theory.Thirdly, analyzing the pattern design method of suitable sleeve on the foundation of theory research, establishing the parameter models of the sleeve pattern, then inosculating the sleeve cap by AutoCAD based on the principle of NURBS.Finally, choosing layer structure as model frame, customizing and developing the automatic sleeve pattern design system based on AutoCAD. And establishing a database, with which querying and calling out the pattern according with the factors keyed in.The automatic garment pattern design technique accords with the development trend of current CAD. It not only improves the high-tech level and economic benefits of garment industry, but also solves such problems as training difficulty, bad technology stability and frequent technician flow.This study puts forward a scientific method for the technical study of automatic garment pattern design system. It has great significant and will be useful and helpful for further study in the future.
