【摘要】 在社会发展的过程中,自然科学起着主导作用,其中物理学又在自然科学的发展中起着龙头作用。在今天,虽然这种情况有所改变,但物理学仍然是一门非常重要的学科。高中的物理承接着初级中学和大学。在初级中学,学生只是对物理这一门学科有所认识,了解物理学的最基本的部分;在高中学生要对物理进一步的学习,对一些物理规律和现象作进一步的了解,对一些物理现象进行研究,它是为学生对生活中物理现象的认识、物理知识的应用和大学高等物理的学习做好铺垫。通过物理教学还能够培养学生的多种能力,故学好高中的物理非常重要。河南省农村高中办学条件比较差,师资力量薄弱、生源质量较差。大多数教师的教育观念落后,不注重学生创新能力的培养、不重视试验教学、不注重学生的动手能力培养,使得物理教育与时代的要求相去甚远,素质教育步履唯艰。在国家全面推进素质教育的今天,怎样进行农村高中物理教育的改革,怎样有效地实施学科的素质教育?本文针对农村高中的教育现状、办学现状提出了充分吸纳社会资金,努力改善办学条件;与名校联合办学;改革学校的管理制度,加强教学管理等措施,希望有助于提高农村高中的办学质量。物理教育改革首先要改变广大农村高中物理教师的教育观念。我们要响应国家的号召,实行素质教育.素质教育的核心是创新教育。创新教育对教师的素质也提出了新的要求:具备现代教育观念、具有创新精神、具备丰富的文化知识、对教材进行合理处理的能力、具备教法研究和学法指导的能力、具备创设良好教学心理气氛的能力、具备良好的亲合力等各种能力。在今天,我们要重新审视我们自己,用新的观点来看待教师的角色和作用,教师再也不是在课堂上学生知识的灌输者,而应变成学生主动学习的引导者和学生成长的呵护者。本研究对教师在课堂教学中的做法也提出了一些具体的建议,希望能给河南农村高中及全国农村高中的物理教育工作者带来一些帮助。更多还原

The educational concepts of Most teachers are failed ,and most teachers do not to pay attention to training students innovation abilities, do not pay attention to teaching test, do not pay attention to training students agility, These make physical education being far from the requirements of the times, and it is very difficult to Implementate the quality of education.At the national comprehensive promotion of quality education today , How to reform the rural senior middle school physical education and how to effectively implement quality physical education? Quality education is the core of innovative education. Innovative Education proposes new requirements on the quality of teachers: have modern educational concepts, innovative spirit, and have a wealth of cultural knowledge, the materials for rational treatment capacity with the direct of research and teaching ability, with the creation of good teaching psychological atmosphere, have a good affinity, and other capabilities. Today, we must re-examine our own, with a new point of view to look at the role of teachers . Teachers are no longer the role to inculcate knowledge to students in the classroom. Teachers should become guider of students’activity and the protector of students’development.
