安钢股份公司综合效率评价报告

【摘要】 近几年我国的钢铁工业发展迅猛,但因我国还处于市场经济不完全成熟的阶段,很多钢铁企业是由过去的国有企业改制而来,其产业结构欠合理,在发展的过程中普遍存在着高投入、低效率状况。加入WTO后,钢铁企业要参与国际化竞争,效率低下势必降低企业的市场竞争力,影响企业的生存与发展。因此,有必要对我国的钢铁企业发展过程中存在的问题进行诊断,分析其原因,提出企业发展的合理战略战术。安钢股份公司的生产经营和发展已取得了很大成绩,但在产品结构、产权机制和经营机制上仍存在许多问题。本报告以安钢股份公司为例对钢铁企业经营与发展进行综合效率的评价和诊断分析。首先通过对行业的整体发展趋势分析,为该公司将来的的发展战略提供依据;其次分析了公司2001年至2005年动态效率状况,提出提高效率的改进方向和策略;最后运用多种分析方法,对公司2001年至2005年财务报表、组织结构、产品结构等进行分析,找出企业经营过程中存在的问题并分析其原因。研究主线是围绕DEA和因子分析法的结合,对综合效率、技术效率和规模效率进行评价,用常规的系统分析方法从多方面多角度,对分析评价结果进行相互印证和检验。通过以上的分析,得出结论,并提出了促进安阳钢铁股份公司长期健康发展的有效方案和一些个人见解。
【Abstract】 Iron & steel industry of our country developed swiftly and violently in the past few years,but because of our country is in the stage of incomplete mature market economy, many ironand steel enterprises are reorganized from past state-owned enterprises, the industrialstructures of these enterprises are not rational enough, so the condition of high investment &low efficiency is common in the process of their development. Iron & steel enterprises need toparticipate in international competition after joining WTO, poor efficiency is bound to reducethe market competitive ability of these enterprises & affect their existence and development.Therefore, there is need to diagnose problem of iron & steel enterprises of our country in theprocess of their development, analyze causes of the problem, put forward the rational strategyand tactics that enterprises develop.Anyang IRON & STEEL CO. LTD has achieved considerable performance on managementand development. But there still exists a lot of problem in product structure, mechanism ofproperty right & management. This report set Anyang steel stock company as an example andcarries through integrated efficiency appraisal and diagnostic analysis to management anddevelopment of steel& iron enterprise. The report analyzed overall developing trend of theindustry and put forward future’s developing strategy for the company firstly; analyzeddynamic efficiency status beginning from the year 2001 to 2005 of the company & putforward the improving direction of raising its efficiency and strategy secondly; and then byusing various analysis methods, analyzed financial report forms beginning from the year 2001to 2005 of the company, the framework of organization & product structure, found out theproblem existing in the progress of the company’s management & analyzed causes of theproblem. Through systematic analysis, made the diagnostic conclusion out, put forward theefficient scheme and personal opinion for improving long term healthy development ofAnyang IRON & STEEL CO. LTD. The masterstroke of research is encircling thecombination of DEA and factor analysis, integrated efficiency, technologic efficiency, routinefinancial analyzing method etc for spreading, and handles these methods to confirm and inspect each other toward result of diagnose. The paper summarizes the conclusion ofdiagnose by above analysis and puts forward effective scheme and personal opinion forpromoting the healthy development of Anyang IRON & STEEL CO. LTD.
