微波天线对准平台控制系统设计与实现

【摘要】 作为现代化作战指挥系统的基础,通信装备已成为21世纪电子战、信息战制胜的关键环节与重要保障。微波通信由于其具有频率高、频带宽、信息量大、抗干扰能力强等优点,因而被广泛用于通信领域并越来越多地装备部队。为了确保微波通信链路建立的快速性与可靠性,研究微波天线对准技术和研制微波天线自动对准装置,对提高我军作战指挥系统的能力具有极其重要的意义。因此,本文将以×××型微波接力机天线对准平台为应用背景,研制一种对准速度快、对准精度高、实时性强的微波天线对准平台控制系统,实现两天线快速自动对准,确保在较短时间内建立微波通信链路。本论文的研究工作包含以下几个部分:1.介绍了微波天线对准平台控制系统(简称云台控制系统)的结构组成和功能原理;论证了系统的总体方案:将数字信号处理器(DSP)与嵌入式实时操作系统(RTOS)相结合的方式对平台进行嵌入式控制系统设计;并确定了以TMS320LF2407 DSP为核心处理器进行硬件设计,以RTOS内核μC/OS-II为软件平台进行软件设计。2.在对系统功能分析的基础上,确定了模块化的硬件设计方案;说明了硬件系统各模块的功能原理和具体实现方法。在设计过程中,对自动增益控制(AGC)信号线性光电隔离的问题进行了深入研究。3.考虑到对移动载体微波天线对准平台要求的提高,研究了基于μC/OS-II内核的软件设计。通过消息邮箱通信机制和中断处理实现了多任务的调度,并对中断处理过程进行了实时性分析。最终建立了云台控制系统的RTOS。4.对研制的云台控制系统进行室内和室外联调试验,描述了试验情况并对关键指标进行了测试。测试结果验证了云台控制系统的各项功能和技术指标均能满足系统要求,能够在较短时间内建立微波通信链路。本课题成功研制的×××型微波接力机天线对准平台原理样机为后期初样和正样产品的顺利研制奠定了基础,对促进我军宽带通信装备技术的研发提供了技术支持。同时,云台控制系统的成功开发对工业控制领域中指向机构的应用具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 As the base of modernized battel command system, communication equipment has become a key part and an important guarantee in electronic warfare and information warfare in the 21st century. With the advantages of high frequency, broad band, enormous information and great adaptability of enviroment, microwave communication is widely used in the field of communication and has been increasingly equipped the army. It is important to study microwave antenna alignment technology and develop its automatic alignment equipment to ensure the stability and reliability of the microwave communication, which is of great importance for improving the army’s battle command system. This paper, based on certain microwave antenna alignment platform, develops a kind of microwave antenna alignment platform with the advantages of quick alignment, high-precision and good real-time performance.The main work is organized as follows:1. The structure and function of the system are introduced. The total scheme of the control system is designed, which consists of an embedded hardware system with the core of TMS320LF2407 DSP and a software system based on the real-time kernel uC/OS-II.2. By analyzing the functions of the system, the hardware system of pan-tilt-zoom is designed by modular. It presents the functions, principle and exact implementation of every hardware circurit in detail. In process of design, the author made a deep research with regard to the problems of nonlinearity and isolation method of AGC signal.3. Considering the application of microware antenna alignment platform in moving carrier, the RTOS uC/OS-II kernel is applied as the software platform. Then, the scheduling of multi-task is implemented by mailbox and interrupt.4. The whole system is tested indoors and outdoors. The process of test is described and the test datum are analysed. The result of the test proves that all the functions and the main specification of control system are satisfied the system requirement.The specimen of certaim microwave antenna alignment platform has been successfully developed,that is the foundation of development of communication equipment in future. It also supports technique for development of wideband communications in the military field. Furthermore, the control system of pan-tilt-zoom supplies references to directing mechanism in industrial control field.
