【摘要】 本论文从对领导力培养的内涵分析入手,从领导力培养的理念和目标、前提和基础、途径和实施等三方面系统地考察了国外高校特别是美国一流大学和美国三军军官学校的学生领导力培养现状;在此基础上结合对我军综合大学合训学员领导力培养现状的考查,继而从观念层面、制度层面和操作层面三个维度系统地提出了对促进我军综合大学学历教育合训学员领导力培养的对策和建议。以期在新时期为探索“合训分流”人才培养规律,提高综合大学的学历教育合训人才培养质量提供有价值的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beginning with the definition of leadership cultivation, this paper comprehensively introduction of the student leadership cultivation in the first-class universities, especially in the Amervican first-class universities and US military academies from three aspects of ideal and objection,precondition, methold and implement .Then, exams the current situation of cadet leadership cultivation in our military multiversites. Finally, some suggestions are put forward from three dimensions of conception, institution and operation. All of this is expected to provide some referrence for the study of the "joint curricula education", and improve the quality of the cadet cultivation in our military multiversites in the future.更多还原
