新型配位铕离子掺杂类普鲁士蓝化学修饰电极的制备及分析应用研究

【摘要】 本论文研究了新型甘氨酸配位Eu3+掺杂类普鲁士蓝化学修饰电极的制作方法、结构表征和电化学性质。通过对该修饰电极独特的电催化性能及稳定性的研究发现,该电极对三联吡啶合钌(Ru(bpy)32+)有明显的电催化氧化作用,从而提高了三联吡啶合钌电致化学发光的效率;另外,在一定的条件下,该修饰电极能催化氧化对乙酰氨基酚(ACOP)和抗坏血酸(AA),据此分别建立了药品和软饮料中相应成分含量的定量分析方法。与其它方法相比,本文所建立的电化学分析法稳定性好、检出限低、线性范围宽、测定结果准确可靠。本论文共分为三部分:第一部分:介绍了多核过渡金属铁氰化物薄膜化学修饰电极的发展历史、修饰类型、制备方法、性能表征及其分析应用。第二部分:制备了配位Eu3+掺杂的类普鲁士蓝化学修饰电极,用循环伏安法研究了电极的性能,并利用交流阻抗、拉曼光谱、荧光光谱等方法进行了表征。第三部分:修饰电极的分析应用。Ⅰ:甘氨酸-铕离子掺杂类普鲁士蓝化学修饰电极对三联吡啶合钌(Ⅱ)的电催化氧化及其电致化学发光性能的研究。Ⅱ:对乙酰氨基酚在配位Eu3+掺杂类普鲁士蓝化学修饰电极上的电化学行为及其分析应用研究。Ⅲ:抗坏血酸在甘氨酸-铕离子掺杂类普鲁士蓝化学修饰电极上的电化学行为及其分析应用研究。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the preparation, characteristics and electrochemical property of a new typical chemical modified platinum electrode coated by the prussian blue analog doped with complex europium ion (Eu-PB). By the method of cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), the electrochemical behaviors of Ru(bpy)32+、paracetamol(ACOP) and ascorbic acid (AA) on the modified electrode were studied. The results showed that the Eu-PB modified platinum electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic oxidation activity for Ru(bpy)32+、ACOP and AA. An accurate and rapid electrochemistry analytical method using a Eu-PB modified platinum electrode for the determination of components in pharmaceutical formulations and soft beverages was developed respectively. Compared with others, those methods demonstrated low detection limits, broad range of concentration and excellent stability. There were three sections on this paper as below:Section one: This part introduced the development and the history, types, preparation, characteristics and applications of the chemically modified electrode coated with PB analog material.Section two: This part reported the preparation and electrochemical property of Eu-PB modified platinum electrode by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The surface material on the modified electrode was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy , Raman scattering spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.Section three: This part reported the analytic application of the Eu-PB modified platinum electrode.I : Electrocatalytic oxidation and electrochemiluminescence of Ru(bpy)32+ on the prussian blue analog doped with complex Eu3+-glycine film modified electrodeII: The electrochemical behavior and analysis of ACOP based on application of the prussian blue analog doped with complex Eu3+ film modified electrodeIII: The electrochemical behavior and analysis of AA based on application of the prussian blue analog doped with complex Eu3+-glycine film modified electrode
