【摘要】 为了廓清网络期刊媒介的演化轨迹，以及网络期刊形成的社会内在需求和媒介技术演化的外在动力，梳理了媒介载体形态发展的历史脉络，通过比较研究、系统研究、典型案例分析等方法，对其进行了系统考察。研究结果表明：世界上第一份网络期刊是1991年9月由美国科学促进会(AAAS)和OCLC共同开发的《最近临床实践联机杂志》(The Online Journal of Current Clinical Trials)，中国第一份网络期刊是1995年1月由国家教委主办，通过中国教育与研究网向全球发行的《神州学人》；所选择的典型案例《西北大学学报》(自然科学网络版)创刊于2003年7月，确认为中国高校最早的原创型网络期刊。研究结论认为：网络期刊在发展中面临的最大问题将是著作权问题、盈利问题、阅读习惯和长久保存性等问题，网络著作权问题源于对网络期刊媒介载体的定位和著作权主体的模糊；学术类网络期刊，在增加期刊影响力的同时，提升了网络期刊的整体实力，并间接扩大了印刷版期刊的学术地位；媒介载体形态的发展轨迹并不是一个取代另一个，在很长一段历史时期内，新旧媒介形态将会表现出共存、互补和比翼齐飞的趋势，在这样的发展轨迹下，“无纸社会”尚遥遥无期。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to research the trace of on-line journal change, and the require of inner-social need and the outer-power which develop the media technology the author of article made the process of media history perceptively. Through System Approach, classical sample analyze, the research resultants show that: the first online journal of the world is The Online Journal of Clinical Trials developed by AAAS and OCLC in September 1991. The first online journal in China is China Scholars Abroad in January 1995. The Online Edition of Northwest University Journal is chosen for sample analyses, The research conclusion are: the copyrights, reading habits and earning are the biggest block on the way of on-line journal. The unclear definition of copyrights owner is considered as the root of this problem. Online academic journal not only enhance the power of journal but enlarge its fame, also the academic level. And the trace of media development is not newer one replace the older one, but coexist during a rather long period. Paperless society can not be seen in a short time.更多还原
