城市路灯无线监控管理系统的研究

【摘要】 路灯照明是城市基础设施的重要组成部分,在城市的交通安全、社会治安、人民生活和市容风貌中居于举足轻重的地位,发挥着不可替代的作用,而且标志着城市实力和成熟的程度。因此,设计自动化程度高、运行可靠、高效节电、使用维护方便的路灯系统成为路灯控制与管理现代化的必然要求和重要标志。现代计算机集控技术的发展恰好为我们提供了一种解决此问题的有效途径。而城市路灯无线监控管理系统正是现代计算机技术运用于城市市政建设中有效且必然的产物,实现了城市路灯系统的计算机集中监测、控制与管理。本课题所研究的城市路灯无线监控管理系统,是通过无线传输和计算机,对离散存在的受控对象,实行集中的监测与控制。该系统由一个监控中心、若干个监控终端主机、若干个监控终端从机以及通信设备等组成。监控中心与监控终端的通信方式采用GPRS公共通信网络,监控终端主机与监控终端从机采用电力线载波通信技术实现数据交换。监控中心的人机界面平台采用功能强大并易于维护的ASP+SQL Server来组建。采用本系统,不但可以提高运行效率,缩短路灯检修时间,降低维护成本,而且可以实现对路灯的分时、分段控制管理,可大大减少电费支出,在节约能源、保护环境、保证社会安全等方面将产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。本课题所做的主要工作包括:1.研究路灯监控系统近几年来的发展状况,提出一种较先进和高效的设计方案。2.研究GPRS公共通信网络的组成、业务以及无线DDN系统,实现系统监控中心与监控终端之间的相互通信。3.研究电力线载波通信技术的特点、优势以及应用场合,作为监控终端主机与监控终端从机之间的通信方式。4.应用ASP+SQL Server组建监控中心人机界面的平台,实现各种功能。

【Abstract】 The street lamp lighting is an important part of municipal infrastructure, and it holds the vital position in traffic safety, social security, people’s life and city’s, appearance and scene, also it indicates the degree of city’s strength and maturity. So it is an inevitable appeal and a significant symbol of lighting control and management to design a kind of lighting system, which has the advantages of high automation and reliable operation and can save power energy efficiently. Fortunately, the development of modern computer centralized control technology gives us an efficient path to solve the problem. The wireless monitoring and management system of city’s street lamps is the efficient and inevitable product of the application of the modern computer technology to the municipal construction, and it realizes computer centralized monitoring, control and management.The wireless monitoring and management system of city’s street lamps performs monitoring and control to the city’s street lamps together by wireless transmission and computer. It is composed of one monitoring center, several monitoring terminal mainframes, several monitoring terminal inferior-frames and communication equipment. The communication mode between the monitoring center and each monitoring terminal is the General Packet Radio Service. The monitoring terminal mainframes and inferior-frames adopt power line carrier communication technology to realize data exchange. The human-computer interface of the monitoring center is organized by ASP+SQL Server which has powerful functions and can be maintained conveniently. This system can not only improve efficiency, short repairing time, reduce maintaining cost but also realize the control management by time and stages, decrease electricity expenses greatly. And it will produce giant social and economic benefits in saving energy, protecting environment and guaranteeing social security.The main work includes several hereinafter points:1. Research the developmental status of the monitoring system of street lamps during recent years, and put forward a more advanced and more efficient design scheme.2. Research the composition, business and the wireless DDN system of the General Packet Radio Service to realize the communication between the monitoring center and terminal.3. Research the characteristic, superiority and applied occasion of the power line carrier communication technology, and make it the communication method of the monitoring terminal mainframes and inferior-frames.4. Apply ASP and SQL Server to organize the human-computer interface of the monitoring center and to realize all kinds of functions.
