异步电机矢量控制研究

【摘要】 由于直流调速的局限性和交流调速的优越性,以及计算机技术和电力电子器件的不断发展,异步电动机变频调速技术正在快速发展之中。在现代微机技术的快速发展下,计算机运行速度不断提高,指令的执行速度也达到了前所未有的高度,使得复杂算法应用计算机来进行实时运算、执行成为可能。经过最近十几年的应用开发,交流异步电动机的变频调速性能已经优于直流调速系统。目前广泛研究应用的异步电动机调速技术有恒压频比控制方式、矢量控制、直接转矩控制等。本论文中所讨论的是异步电动机矢量控制调速方法,相对于恒压频比控制和直接转矩控制,它有动态性能和低速性能好、调速范围宽等优点。本文对异步电动机的数学模型的建立进行了详细的分析和阐述。通过对异步电动机的动态电磁关系的分析以及坐标变换原理概念的介绍,建立了异步电动机在不同坐标系上的数学模型,指出了异步电动机的模型特点是一多变量、强藕合的非线性系统。在对异步电动机的矢量控制原理进行阐述时,给出了矢量变换方法实现的步骤,并依次说明了三相异步电动机数学模型是如何解耦的。在论述了二相异步电功机的磁场定向原理后,介绍了转子磁链的计算方法并设计了转子磁链观测器。详细地分析了磁通调节器,转矩调节器和转速调节器的工作原理,并设计了磁通调节器,转矩调节器,转速调节器。以DSP为控制核心,设计了异步电动机的矢量控制系统的硬件,并编制了软件程序。运用MATLAB的工具软件SIMULINK对磁通闭环的矢量控制系统进行仿真,给出了仿真结果,并对仿真结果进行了分析。

【Abstract】 As a result of the limitation of direct-current speed control modulation and thesuperiority of alternating speed control modulation and the unceasing development ofcomputer technology and electric power electronic device, the frequency conversion velocitymodulation technology of asynchronous motor is in the rapid development. The rapiddevelopment of microcomputer technology, the continous improvement of the computerrunning speed and the execution speed of instruction have made it possible that complexalgorithm carries on the true-time operation and execution by using computers. After theapplication and development in the past 10 years, the frequency conversion velocitymodulation performance of asynchronous motor has surpassed the direct current velocitymodulation system.At present, the asynchronous motor velocity modulation, vector control and direct torquecheck etc. are in detailed studies. This papar discusses the modulation method ofasynchronous motor, which has the advantages of superior dynamic and low-speedperformanc and wide velocity modulation scope.This paper analyzes and elaborates the mathematical model establishment of theasynchronous motor. It has established the mathematical models of asynchronous motors indifferent coordinate system and has shown that the model characteristics of the asynchronousmotor is a nonlinear system with more than one variables.This paper points out the process of implementing vector transformation and explainshow to work in pairs in the mathematical models of asynchronous motors in turns whileelaborating the vector control principles in asynchronous motor. It introduces thecomputational method of rotor flux linkage and designed the visualizer for rotor flux linkage.This paper analyzes the working principles of magnetic flux regulator, torqueregulator and RPM control and has designed all of them. Taking DSP as the control core, ithas also designed the hardware of the vector controlling system in the asynchronous motorand has written the software program.It has applied the SIMULINK tool software in MATLAB to carry on the simulation to the controlling system of magnetic closed loop vector and to give the simulation result and theanalysis of the result.
