电控罗经数字三相逆变电源的研究与设计

Design and Research on Three-Phase Inverter in Electric Gyrocompass

【摘要】 中频三相逆变电源是惯导系统的重要组成部分,电源输出电压、频率和波形质量直接影响陀螺仪漂移特性、寿命与惯导系统的精度。本课题拟通过给陀螺提供恒频恒压三相正弦波电源,改善其运行环境,从而减小它的漂移参数波动,延长陀螺的使用寿命,提高导航精度。本文首先分析了现代逆变技术、液浮陀螺磁滞同步电机及某型电控罗经系统特点进行分析,提出110V/400Hz隔离式三相交-直-交逆变电源方案并给出设计指标。然后论文对现代逆变电源的主电路拓扑和正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)谐波特性进行了探讨,结合工程实现是对输入整流滤波、输出滤波电路进行参数仿真设计。在逆变电源拓扑结构确定的基础上,本文针对电控罗经电路系统不对称负载特性,提出相电压解耦控制策略,建立三相逆变电源开环控制模型,推导了解耦控制算法,并进行PID算法仿真。最后,以TI公司MSP430单片机为三相数字逆变电源控制核心,采用富士公司IPM逆变模块构成的硬件方案实现某电控罗经电源硬件电路,并在该硬件方案上实现对称规则采样数字SPWM算法、数字解耦和数字变积分PID控制算法。通电调试后,电源在不对称负载条件下输出波形良好、频率精度高、电压稳定。仿真和实验的结果证明了本系统的控制策略可行,到达设计目的,可为电控罗经提供高品质的电源。

【Abstract】 Drifting, life-span and accuracy of Electric Gyroscope is directly affected by voltage, frequency and waveform of Three-phase Inverter, which is one of the most important components in Inertial Navigation System. We plan to provide Electric Gyroscope with Sine-wave Inverter of CFCV to make it run smoothly, that can reduce the fluctuation of drifting parameters and prolong the life-span of Gyroscope.First, Modern inverting technology, the Hysteresis Synchronized Motor and unbalanced loads of an Electric Compass are analyzed, and then schemes and parameters of Three-phase Insulated Inverter of 110V/400Hz are given in the thesis. Second, discussion on topology of modern inverter and SPWM theory is carried out. The circuit topology of Three-phase Inverter along with its rectifier filter and output filter are designed and simulated quantitatively.Decoupling Control for Multi-variable System is applied for unbalanced loads of Inverter here, based on topology of Inverter. The Open-loop Model of the Three-phase Inverter is built, the Decoupling Control algorithm is deduced and the Simulation of PID algorithm is carried out, too. Finally, all the theory above is successfully carried out on hardware of three-phase Inverter, in which MSP430 mixed signals controller is take as controlling core and IPM of Fuji Co. is used as inverter bridge.Electricity with stable voltage, accuracy frequency and good wave is successfully output from the Inverter. The simulation and experiment results show the feasibility of the system. The research in the dissertation, to some extend, has paved a way for the further research, improvement and application in Electric Compass.
