基于ARM的机车运行监控装置的设计

【摘要】 随着铁路运输的发展,机车行驶的安全性已经变得越来越重要。机车运行状态实时监控系统是在分析我国铁路设施状况和运输实际需求的基础上,提出的一种以保障列车运行安全为主要目的的列车运行状态采集控制装置。本课题主要论述了基于ARM-uClinux的嵌入式系统解决方案,嵌入式系统面向特定应用系统、软硬件高度可定制性、内核精简、实时性可靠性高等特点,满足本系统的设计需要。在硬件设计上,文中详细介绍了监控记录模块、模拟量输入/输出电路、数字量输入电路、数字量输入/输出电路、通信电路、主电源系统、过压抑制板等几大组成部分的具体设计与实现方法,并给出了详细的原理图。在软件设计上,本文首先介绍的交叉编译环境的建立和操作系统的移植,以此为基础论述了机车状态控制功能的软件设计,主要包括机车速度的判别与处理和运行状态中色灯信号的处理等。随后又讲述了扩展部分软件:GPRS无线传输和人机交互界面的设计与实现。研究证明,本文提出的方案和设计具有保障铁路交通安全等很强的现实意义,同时具有进行后续研究的价值。

【Abstract】 The safety of running train is becoming more and more important as the development of railway. The Locomotive Monitoring and Controlling Device is an monitoring and controlling device which is designed after analyzed the condition of railway device and actual requirement of our country, the purpose of design is to make sure the safety of railway transportation.The paper use ARM-uClinux as the system platform, this embedded system could be make used to special condition, and it’s hardware or software could be modify and they are simple, the requirement of real-time could be satisfied by them.About the hardware design, paper make a description of monitor and recording section, the circuit of analog data I/O,digital data input, digital data I/O sampling, communication, the main power supply and the overpressure restrains board.About the software design,The page first describe the build of the crossing compile environment and the transplant of the uClinux operating system. Then the article describe the software design of the running control process which including the speed judgement and the dispose of train light signal.Finally,the page give the design of GPRS wireless communication programme and Human-computer interaction interface.Based on my study,this project have a great meaning in the safty of railway traffic,and worth continuing study.
