市场经济体制改革与我国社会主流意识形态建设

【摘要】 在社会系统中,意识形态无论是与经济改革,还是与经济发展之间都有着密切的联系。经济改革的推进,经济的发展,都需要发挥意识形态的积极作用。在我国,经济体制改革的推进和社会主义市场经济的确立,给我国社会的主流意识形态及主流意识形态建设以巨大的影响。这其中,既有积极的影响,又有消极的影响;既是一个机遇,也是一个巨大的挑战。当前,我国社会主义市场经济建设已进入一个关键时期。在这种情况下,为保障我国社会主义市场经济全面、健康、快速发展,我们必须不断推进社会主流意识形态建设。而且,新的社会形势要求我们在社会主义市场经济条件下加强社会主流意识形态建设必须要有创新:这种创新不仅包括主流意识形态理论的创新,还包括意识形态工作方法的创新及意识形态具体建设举措的创新。即:市场经济条件下的意识形态理论不仅要“适应”市场经济,更要“超越”市场经济,实现对市场经济的规范和引导;意识形态工作方法上要两个“向度”并举;在建设举措上要结合形势的变化,在多个方面齐抓共管。
【Abstract】 In social system, regardless the economical reform or the economical development, the ideology all has the close relation with them. The economical reform advancement, the economical development, all needs the ideology to display a positive role. In our country,society’s mainstream ideology and mainstream ideology construction have been influenced hugly by the advancement of Economic system reform and the establishment of socialism market economy. Among this, it has positive influence and negative influence; it is a opportunities and a huge challenges too. Presently, the construction of our socialism market economy have entered a crucial time. In this situation, we must construct the social mainstream ideology of our country unceasingly in order to ensure economy development comprehensively、ealthy and rapidly of the socialism market economy. Moreover, the new situation request that our mainstream ideology’s construction must have the innovation: this innovation not only include the innovation of the social mainstream ideology theory, but the innovation of the work method and the innovation of concrete action too. That is, under the market economy, the ideology theory not only wants "adaption" the market economy, but wants "surmounting" the market economy, realizes to revise and guide the market economy; In the work method, we should takes two ’dimensions’ to develop simultaneously; In the construction action, we must unify the situation, grasps jointly and manage concertedly in many aspects.
