【摘要】 自1999年以来，伴随着我国高等教育的跨越式发展，我国高等职业教育也得到了快速发展。高等职业教育的扩招，规模也迅速扩张。但是，在高等职业教育大发展的同时，高等职业教育也面临诸多问题。安徽省的高等职业教育的发展状况与全国的发展状况大致相同，安徽省高职在校生人数已超过了整个高等教育在校生的一半，但从总体上看，发展不平衡，投入不足，因此，分析安徽省高等职业教育发展状况，找出存在问题，研究相应的对策，对促进安徽高等职业教育健康、科学的发展，无疑具有十分重要的意义。本文简要回顾了国内外高等职业教育的发展历程，阐述了发展高等职业教育的意义，总结了“十五”期间安徽省高等职业教育发展的现状，指出了安徽省高等职业教育存在发展速度和规模快、办学条件落后、教育投入少、师资队伍建设差、实验实训建设滞后等问题，提出了加强对高等职业院校的宏观调控、加大对高等职业院校的办学投入、加强师资队伍建设、加强实训基地建设、构建与安徽省经济发展相适应的专业体系等对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1999, higher vocational education has been enjoying the rapid development with the growth of the higher education in China, its enrollment has been enlarged, and its scale has also been expanded. However, higher vocational education has faced a lot of probloms at the same time, and the development of higher vocational education in Anhui Province is the same case as in China. The number of students in vocational and technical colleges has surpassed half of the whole number of students in higher education in Anhui. Generally, the development is unbalanced and the investment is short. Therefore, it is of great importance to analyze the developing state of higher vocational education in our province, to find out the problems and to find the countermeasures in order to make it develop on a healthy and scientific track.The paper briefly reviews the course of the development of higher vocational education at home and abroad. It describes the significance of the development of higher vocational education and summarizes the present situation of the education in Anhui during the period of the 10th "5-year-plan".The paper also points out the problems existing in higher vocational education in our province, such as too rapid speed of its development and scale, backward conditions of school operation, less investment to education, poor construction of faculty as well as the slow construction of experiments and training, It puts forward several countermeasures, for example, strengthening the macroscopic adjustment and controls, increase the investment to higher vocational colleges, improving the construction of the teacher staff, enhancing training bases and constructing the speciality system which is suitable to the economic development in Anhui province.更多还原
