双刀车削数控编程若干技术的研究

【摘要】 双刀车削加工采用两把刀同时加工零件,可以缩短工时,提高生产效率,在批量生产中得到广泛应用,但是数控程序编制较困难。本文综合应用计算机图形学、数控加工技术等学科知识,完成数控编程系统中的工艺交互界面的设计和工艺信息的处理等任务。主要研究内容如下:1.分析国内外数控技术发展现状。从数控机床的性能、功能、体系结构等方面阐述了数控技术的发展趋势,介绍了利用PC技术的最新成果促进国内数控技术的发展。2.阐述了数控编程中手工编程和自动编程方法的特点和适用范围。介绍了开发软件VC.NET和ObiectARX。3.深入研究了AutoCAD的菜单扩展功能,包含菜单的编译、加载、卸载和AutoCAD菜单的类型。实现人机工艺交互界面的设计。4.研究左右刀架加工任务的分配原则,工步切入、切出段规划方法和切削段规划方法,切削用量的确定。采用各个实体端点比较的方法来对零件轮廓几何数据进行重新排序,并用链表对加工工艺信息进行存储和修改。

【Abstract】 There are two cutters in twin-cuter turning process, which is able to shorten man-hour and improve production efficiency, and it is widely used in mass production. But it is difficult to design its NC (Numerical Control) program.Interactive interfaces of process and dealing with tinformation of process has been finished. The main contents are as following:1. An overview on current situation of NC technology is discussed. Their features of structure and function are discussed. Speeding up the domestic numerical control system by the latest technology of PC have been proposed2. Features and application field of typical programming method, such as manual programming and automatically programming are expounded.VC.NET and ObjectARX are discussed.3. Development of AutoCAD menu has been lucubrated, includeing translation of menu, loading of menu, unloading of menu and the type of menu file.The interactive interfaces of process has been finished.4. Assigning principle of two turrets is researched. The planning method of cut-in segment, cuting segment, cut-out segment, and their cutting parameters are disscussed.The scheduling problem of geometrical information is realized by the point of entity comparison method, while the linked list-CList is used to solve the storage and modification of the machining technological parameters.
