钢—混凝土简支组合梁抗弯性能的试验与理论研究

【摘要】 钢—混凝土组合结构是在钢结构和混凝土结构基础上发展起来的新型结构形式,近年来的工程实践证明,钢—混凝土组合结构兼有钢结构和混凝土结构的优点。而钢—混凝土组合梁则是通过剪切连接件将钢梁与混凝土翼板组合而共同工作的一种新型组合梁。尽管钢—混凝土组合梁在国内外都有比较广泛的研究,然而在设计理论及实际应用中仍然存在着许多技术难题。基于此,本文就钢—混凝土简支组合梁的力学行为进行了研究。本文通过钢—混凝土简支组合梁的试验,研究其变形发展及破坏过程,得到组合梁跨中荷载挠度曲线、交界面滑移曲线及滑移应变曲线;研究简支组合梁试件的整个工作过程,得到简支组合梁截面沿高度的应变变化曲线;通过考虑剪切连接程度、剪切连接件的布置、配钢率的影响,分析总结了不同影响因素对简支组合梁承载力和延性的影响程度。利用弹性分析理论,建立适合于在跨中两点对称荷载作用下钥—混凝土简支组合梁交界面滑移的计算公式;通过分析滑移应变对简支组合梁截面平均应变的影响,准确确定出修正平截面中的一些参数,使修正平截面更趋合理性,并据此建立了简支组合梁抗弯承载力的计算方法;通过对已有组合梁刚度计算方法的分析研究,建立了不同剪切连接程度简支组合梁变形的简便计算方法。并将计算结果与实测结果相比较,吻合良好。根据本文的研究结果,可对钢—混凝土简支组合梁抗弯性能的进一步研究及理论分析提供参考。
【Abstract】 Steel and concrete composite structure is a new type of structure in which the steel structure and the concrete structure are integrated by connectors to take advantage of respective properties of tension and compression. By practicing of projects recently, this structure has both the advantages of steel structure and concrete structure. Steel and concrete composite beam is a kind of modem beams that bases on the steel and concrete composite beams and induces to steel and reinforcement concrete slab composite and work together. Despite of steel and concrete composite beams have comparatively broad research in home and abroad, but there still are a lot of technology difficult problems in theory and actual application. Based on this, the research on steel and concrete simply supported composite beams is presented.On the basis of test research of steel and concrete simply supported composite beams, this paper deal with the process of the composite beams being deformed, developed and broken. Then we get the midspan load-deflection curve, the slip of interface curve and the slip stress curve of the composite beams, deal with the composite beams whole working process, get its strain curve which varies with its profile height, make a analysis and summary that the different factors influence bearing capacity and ductility of composite beams consider its shear connection degree, shearing force adapting piece arrangement and match steel rates.Based on the theory of elastic analyes, we can establish the calculation formula of interface slip of steal and concrete simply supported composite beams which adapt to its bear symmetrical loading. Through the analysis the influce between silp strain and the average strain of simply supported composite beams, we can ensure a few parameters of modify horizontal section, make the section more reasonable, and based on it we establish the bending resistant bearing capability of simple supported composite beams calculate method. Through the analyzing the composit beams rigidity calculate methods which were proposed, we establish the simple method for calculationg the deformation of simple supported composite beams with partial shear connection. The results of calculation and testing are concrasted.This paper will be helpful to the further experimental researchs and theoretic studies on the flexural behavior of steel and concrete simply supported composite beams.
