湖沥青在路面维修工程中的应用技术研究

【摘要】 特立尼达湖沥青(TLA)是世界上最有名的天然沥青,来自加拉比岛国—特立尼达和多巴哥境内的沥青湖中,其物质组成和化学性质极其稳定。近年来,湖沥青凭借其良好的性能受到了越来越多的关注。本文对湖沥青在路面工程中的应用做了系列研究工作。湖沥青对基质沥青的高、低温性能均具有十分显著的改善效果。通过对泰普克沥青与掺入不同比例湖沥青的改性沥青试验数据对比可知,在一定范围内,随湖沥青掺入比例的增加,沥青的PI值增大,当量软化点升高,当量脆点降低。湖沥青用量为25%时改性后的沥青具有良好的路用性能与合理的投资成本,改性后的沥青当量软化点提高19.8%,当量脆点降低14%。根据高温弯曲蠕变试验建立了Burgers模型,跟基质沥青混合料相比,湖沥青改性沥青混合料Burgers模型的四个参数均成数倍增加:Maxwell模型的瞬时弹性模量为基质沥青混合料的6.7倍,粘滞系数为6.4倍,而Kelvin模型的弹性常数、粘滞系数分别为2.8倍和3.6倍;从机理上揭示了其高温性能优良的现象。应力松弛方程表明,湖沥青混合料比基质沥青混合料具有较好的应力松弛性能。本文还研究了适合沥青混合料的粘弹性疲劳损伤模型。从沥青路面的应力响应入手,将沥青面层内的应力变化近似地处理成按照半正弦周期规律变化,直接由含损伤的粘弹性本构方程推导损伤演化方程。建立了基于复蠕变柔量的粘弹性疲劳损伤模型,并推导出了Burgers模型的粘弹性疲劳损伤模型。最后,就湖沥青改性沥青混合料的施工工艺与施工质量控制做了论述,并就进一步研究的相关问题进行了简要讨论。

【Abstract】 Trinidad Lake Asphalt (TLA) which comes from asphalt lake of Trinidad and Tobago is the most famous crude asphalt in the word, it has wondrously stable substance composing and chemistry temperament. Trinidad Lake Asphalt has got more and more attention in recent years. This paper makes spectrum study on application of Trinidad Lake Asphalt in pavement engineering.Based on the test date of basis asphalt compared with modified asphalt mixed with TLA of different mixture ratio, it is pointed that ,in certain range, the more TLA is used, the higher penetration index PL the higher equivalent softening point T800, the lower equivalent brittle point modified asphalt has. Results indicates modified asphalt has good road performance and reasonable investment cost with25%TLA, equivalent softening point T800 increased by 19.8%,equivalent brittle point reduced by 14%. The results show that modified asphalt mixed with TLA improves greatly the high and low temperature performance. Based upon high temperature bend creep test, Burgers model is created. Compared with common asphalt mixture, four parameters of modified asphalt mixture Burgers model all add geminately, the instantaneous elastic modulu of Maxwell model is 6.7 times, elasticity coefficient is 6.4 times, the elasticity coefficient and viscosity coefficient of Kelvin model are separately 2.8 and 3.6 times. It also indicated why modified asphalt mixture has good high temperature performance from mechanism aspect. Stress relaxation equation makes know TLA modified asphalt mixture has better stress relaxation performance than common asphalt mixture.This paper also studied viscoelastic fatigue damage model which be fit for asphalt mixture. Start from stress response of asphalt pavement, stress variety pavement was regarded as semi-sine period variety. Damage equation was refined from constitutive equation with damage. Constitutive fatigue damage model based on creep compliance is built up, constitutive fatigue damage model of Burgers is deducted. At last, construction technology and construction quality control of TLA modified asphalt mixture are expounded and some related problems that will be studied further are discussed briefly.
