铁路工务检测数据综合信息平台研究及实现

【摘要】 安全是铁路永恒的主题。设备事故隐患是造成行车事故的主要原因之一,能否及时地发现线路上的隐患点成为铁路工务部门关心的重中之重。工务检测数据综合信息平台的建立,为铁路工务部门实时地掌握线路检测结果,监控线路质量状态,合理制定线路维修计划,提供了有效的工具。本论文从国内外铁路工务部门对工务检测数据的应用现状出发,针对当前工务信息系统中存在数据多为静态数据、动静态检测数据联系不够紧密、信息资源相对分散、缺乏对历史原始数据的积累和分析、检测数据和其它数据整合的问题,提出了运用网络技术和大型数据库技术建立工务检测数据综合信息平台的解决方案。建立工务检测数据综合信息平台就是从分析工务检测数据来源入手,研究了各种检测数据的采集方式、编码标准和质量问题,详细介绍了数据仓库的概念模型设计、逻辑模型设计、物理模型设计的全过程。之后,论文引入了WEB-GIS技术在铁路工务上的应用,描述了铁路工务检测数据整合方法及整合结果展现形式。最后,在乌鲁木齐铁路局成功的建立了工务检测数据综合信息平台。
【Abstract】 Security is railway’s external subject, and the potential safety hazard is one of the main reason of travelling crane accident. Whether can we find the potential safety hazard spot of railway line timely is more important to railway engineering department. The Integrated information system of inspect data on railway engineering is built for the railway engineering department to master the inspect result of railway line , to supervise the quality state of railway line and to set down maintain plan reasonably.There is not adequate compact relationship between static data and dynamic data in current railway engineering information system. Meanwhile, these systems exist relative dispersive information resource and are lack of accumulation and analysis to historical data and integration to inspect data as well as other data. In order to solve above problem, basing on the application status quo of inspect data by railway engineering department ,this thesis put forward the solution proposal to build Integrated data platform about railway engineering inspect data using network technology and large-scale database technology.To build up this Integrated data platform, firstly, this thesis has analyzed the origin of inspect data and has studied the collection way, coding standard and quality problem of various inspect data. Secondly, this thesis introduces the whole course of concept model design, logistic model design and physics model design on Data Warehouse. Thirdly, The thesis introduces the application of WEB-GIS in Permanent Way Maintenance and describes integrating methods of inspection data and exhibiting forms on the computer of integrated results. Finally, this thesis introduces the application of the Integrated data platform in Urumchi Railway bureau.
