600MW超临界机组给水控制系统的研究

【摘要】 随着锅炉朝大容量、高参数发展,给水系统采用自动控制系统是必不可少的,它可以减轻运行人员的劳动强度,保证锅炉的安全运行。对于大容量高参数锅炉,其给水系统是非常复杂和完善的。超临界锅炉将是国家未来的发展方向,给水系统是其中的重要环节。本文介绍了超临界锅炉的给水控制策略,主要包括给水流量控制回路和给水指令形成回路,还包括一些辅助回路的控制策略。本文所介绍的组态已经在湖北荆门热电厂三期2×600MW工程中正式投入商业运营。希望通过本文的分析,能够对超临界机组给水控制的设计提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 Along with the development of the high parameter and large capacity of the boiler,it is essential that use the automatic control system in the water supply system. It may reduce the operator’s labor intensity and ensure boiler safely running. Regarding the boiler of large capacity and high parameter,the water supply system is extremely complex and perfect.The supercritical boiler will be the future national tendency,and the water supply system is an important link.The strategy of the supercritical boiler’s feed water control is introduced,mainly including the feed water flow control loop, water supply instruction forming loop,and consist of subsidiary loop’s control strategy as well.The configuration which is introduced has already succeeded in commercial operation at Hubei Jingmen the 3rd period 2×600MW fossil fuel plant. It’s hoped that the analysis given during the text can provide useful experience and lessons for the design of the supercritical boiler’s feed water control to some extent.
