结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床研究

【摘要】 1目的本研究通过结肠透析法治疗60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床观察，观察结肠透析法改善慢性慢性肾功能衰竭患者症状，延缓以血肌酐(Scr)为代表的肾功能损害，降低病人血清肌酐水平的作用。探讨结肠透析治疗的优势，评价其疗效，进一步探讨其机制。2方法本研究将60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者，按随机化原则分组，分为对照组30例，治疗组30例，对照组用基础治疗，治疗组才采用基础治疗加结肠透析，观察血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血色素(HB)及中医证候学变化，统计学检验采用SPSS11.0统计软件进行数据处理，主要计量资料自身前后对照采用配对t检验，两组间比较采用独立样本t检验，计数资料采用卡方检验。3结果①治疗前后部分生化指标：两组与治疗前比较有差别，P＜0.05，治疗组与对照组治疗后比较有差别，P＜0.05，说明结肠透析配合中药加活性碳保留灌肠治疗，可以使Scr，BUN降低，Hb有明显升高。比中西医结合基础治疗在改善慢性肾功能衰竭，改善贫血状态方面有明显优势。②两组症状改善情况：两组与治疗前比较有差别，P＜0.05，治疗组与对照组治疗后比较有差别，P＜0.01，可明显改善慢性肾功能衰竭的症状。③两组临床疗效判定结果：总有效率与对照组比较，P＜0.05，有明显差异。反映治疗组疗效优于中西医结合基础治疗组。4结论本研究证实，结肠透析配合中药加活性碳保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭有较好疗效，该方法是对传统中西医结合治疗的有益补充。结肠透析具有生物利用度高、药物吸收快、显效迅速、不受药物剂型限制和适应范围广泛等优点，该方法很可能成为延缓慢性肾功能衰竭发展的有效手段之一，对于提高患者的生活质量，减轻社会负担发挥积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 1.Objective60 Chronic renal function failure cases treated with colon dialysis therapy wereobserved in improving the symptoms and postponing the renal function by reducingthe serum creatinine level in the blood, to evaluate its effects, figure out theadvantages and mechanism of colon dialysis therapy.2.MethodsThe 60 cases of chronic renal function failure were randomly divided into groups ascontrol group(30 cases) and experiment group (30 cases).The control group wereunder the basic treatment, and the treatment group were given both basic treatmentand colon dialysis, then observed the changes of serum creatinine (Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),haematochrome (HB) and the symdroms of TCM. the statistics wasanalyzed with statistics software SPSS11.0, the essential measurement data before andafter treatment was compared with matched-pairs t-test, and group comparison withindependent sampler t-test while enumeration data with chi-square criterion.3. Results①Biochemical indicators comparison before and after treatment: Biochemicalindicators of the two groups changed obviously(P＜0.05), after treatment, the controlgroup and experiment group shows obvious differences (P＜0.05), this figures showthat combined effects of colon dialysis, herbs and active carbon retention-enematherapy can degrade the serum creatinine (Scr),urea nitrogen (BUN),increase thehaematochrome (HB),that means this therapy has obvious advantages of integratedtraditional and western basic treatment in improving chronic renal function failure andhyphemia.②Symptoms improvement: Both two groups get improvement (P＜0.05),improvement of control group and experiment group is obviously different(P＜0.01).③Assessment of curative effect: The total effect is obviously different from thecontrol group(P＜0.05),the curative effect of experiment group is better than group ofintegrated traditional and western basic treatment.4. ConclusionThis research confirms that: Colon dialysis, herbs and active carbon retention-enematherapy improves chronic renal function failure greatly, that it is beneficialsupplement to conventional integrated traditional and western basic treatment. Colondialysis posses advantages of high bioavailability, quick drug absorption, fast effects,no limitation of pharmaceutical dosage form and wide subject range, this therapy ispossibly being effective method to treat chronic renal function failure, which willimprove the patients’ life and release the society loads.更多还原
