区域生态修复的空间规划方法研究

【摘要】 针对当前我国区域生态修复方法缺失,不能有效解决大规模生态系统退化、生态过程被中断等自然生态问题这一状况,提出利用空间规划的方法进行区域生态修复;探讨了区域生态修复空间规划的原则、内容、及流程,其中自然生态空间结构设计是该方法的核心。文章又以长江三峡水利枢纽工程管理区生态修复规划方案为例,介绍了区域生态修复的空间规划方法在实践中的具体应用。针对此方案,尝试选用生态修复空间结构三模式(点轴、圈层、混合模式)中的圈层模式,进行区域生态修复的空间结构规划。在对“空间”、“规划”、“区域”、“生态修复”的内涵进行辨析,强调并论证了空间的理念、思维及方法应该且如何贯穿于区域生态修复的全过程和各方面,并有实际案例加以应用之后,认为将空间规划这一方法应用于区域生态修复,具有可行性和优越性。在今后的工作中,对该方法的理论建构和实践检验都有待深入加强,须着力攻克区域生态修复中与空间紧密相关的重点、难点环节。
【Abstract】 In the face of lacking a effective way to ravel out the crisis of natural ecology in our country, such as degraded ecosystem or interrupted ecological succession in large area, this paper puts forward a spatial planning method used in regional ecological restoration, discusses the principles, contents and approaches of this method,. It is emphatically that ecological spatial configuration design is the key.By a case study of ecological restoration planning of the Yangtze Three Gorges Water Project Precinct, the paper introduces an application of this method in practice. Contraposing such a case, we tried to use the multi-sphere mode, which is one of three modes of ecological restoration spatial configuration planning, including spot-axis mode, multiple circle mode and complex mode.Some key concept, such as ’spatial planning’, ’ large area’, ’ecological restoration’, was differentiated and analysediscriminated to demonstrate why and how are the thought and method of spatial planning impenetrating the whole course and aspects in ecological restoration. Moreover, this method was used in a real case. We think it will feasible and advanced in the field of ecological restoration in large area, if using the method of spatial planning.In the future, the theory or practice of this method should be enhanced seriously, especially the key or difficult point of ’space’.
